Fantastic for those struggling to recover from back-pain post surgery
The More Good Days Program was incredibly helpful, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone experiencing persistent back pain. Although my pain wasn’t extreme, I was still dealing with regular flare-ups — especially on busy days — and eight months after back surgery, I’d had multiple failed attempts at returning to a variety of types of exercise that all resulted in shooting pain and lingering muscle pain for days.
The combination of individualised physio and psychology sessions via telehealth, and educational videos in the app, helped me better understand both the physical and contributing factors behind my pain, while giving me practical strategies to safely rebuild my activity levels. The coaches were very supportive and tailored their approach to my individual goals and circumstances.
In just two months, I went from being unable to complete basic yoga classes without flare-ups to consistently managing five gym sessions a week, including returning to strength training and finally regained confidence and ability do to basic daily tasks like lifting and bending.
I only wish I'd done it sooner - could have shortcut months of pain and frustration at not being able to exercise.

Physio sessions were very informative and beneficial. The recommended exercises were also were great in building capacity and confidence in my body again.

A contemporary and scientific approach to pain management
MoreGoodDays has a very contemporary scientific approach to managing pain. While it is tempting to take pain killers and anti inflammatory medication to keep pain at bay, the program empowers you to manage pain with exercises and and using the science-of-pain knowledge to resolve our mental appraisal of pain. Knowing what causes the brain to perceive pain can be very helpful in training the brain not to over react or over protect by immobilising parts of the body with pain.

Best app for fibro pain management
The More Good Days app has been invaluable for my healing journey with fibromyalgia. The information is so comprehensive without being overwhelming. It is delivered in such a flexible, varied way that it is accessible even on my worst pain flare days when I have strong brain fog. I wish I had this app when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 12 years ago, when I had no idea where to start with my self-care and pain management. To anyone who has gone through the confusing, frightening, exhausting, expensive, frustration of a fibro diagnosis, to then be deserted by your rheumatologist and/or neurologist post diagnosis (because “they don’t manage the condition, they only diagnose it”)

This truly was a game changer for me, after over a year of investigations/tests/MRIs etc to then find out my “specialist” doesn’t help me manage my new diagnosis, or answer any of the multiple questions I had. I was left feeling truly abandoned by the medical system.
I’ve since recommended this app and the support system you receive as a member to everyone I can.
All Rheumatologists/Neurologists should be recommending this to patients post diagnosis.
If you are reading this, please show it to your specialist and ask them to do just that, it’s the only way we can do our bit to help others also living in pain. Hopefully they then don’t have to suffer the same above experience.

Who would have guessed that fatigue can be a false alarm!
Learning from MoreGoodDays that fatigue can be another aspect of fibromyalgia's central sensitization and therefore sometimes is actually a "false alarm" was life-changing for me. I now treat both pain and fatigue the same: I notice them but go on with my day. By steadily increasing my activity level, I've realized I can do much more than I thought, and I've gotten out of the cycle of feeling terrible and doing nothing and then feeling better and doing too much. By keeping my activity level up steadily and taking some breaks throughout the day, I actually feel much, much better on every level (pain, fatigue, and insomnia) and I'm back to the engaged and happy life I used to have. I'm extremely grateful to MoreGoodDays and my coach Heather for helping me learn the information I needed to turn things around. I highly recommend MoreGoodDays!!!

A life changing Fibromyalgia program.
A fantastic, affordable, informative and supportive program to help people with Fibromyalgia in gathering tools to manage (and even reduce) symptoms, as well as understand the different things that can be going on in the body, and how to work through those things in a compassionate manner.
For me, one of the biggest hurdles in reducing symptoms of Fibromyalgia was simply gathering and digesting the information out there on Fibromyalgia. Aside from the relatively surface level resources out there, most of the information is academic journals/research.
More Good Days, has compiled numerous resources on integral aspects of Fibromyalgia and put them into a Fibro friendly digestible program, that you can work through at your own pace. It allows people to actually understand why and how sleep, diet, exercise, stress reduction and more, help someone with Fibromyalgia.
The program also helps you get in touch with Allied health professionals and Medical Professionals who have a deep understanding of chronic pain.
A massive thank you to Milos (Physiotherapist) who helped me get back to weightlifting and guitar playing, and Steph (Psychologist) who is helping me navigate the complexities of mental health and Fibromyalgia.
Another massive thank you to Martine (support coach) who helped me through the program with any questions/queries I had, and for being super supportive, and finally Nel, who put this amazing program together for people to access, and at an super affordable price.
I can only give 5/5, but damn I’d love to put 6/5!

I am still working my way through the…
I am still working my way through the programme but I have to say the holistic way the programme runs and wrap around support by the multidisciplinary team is wonderful.
I love my coach, Martine, who without fail has checked in with me weekly by text. When required ( if I was having a difficult time) I was offered a Telehealth call or an appointment with the programme’s psychologist, Stephanie.
With the assistance of this programme, I feel my pain and central nervous system is definitely benefiting from its easy and practical app.
I have been dealing with both fibromyalgia and ME/CFS for several decades and this has been one of the best supports so far
I am so pleased I have found More Good Days

My experience with More Good Days
The information on More Good Days has been and still is very helpful even though I’ve been living with fibromyalgia for over two decades. I still learn new things or get things I already know reinforced.
