Moved to a new house and Moorland were…
Moved to a new house and Moorland were recommended to us by the old owners... What can I say, we had never needed to order oil for a boiler before but the process was made so easy.
Called and spoke ever so helpful people, they told me what I needed, organised a day for delivery and it was just so straight forward... The day of delivery we weren't going to be in either, but it wasnt a problem, they accessed the tank and filled it in our absence, leaving no trace they had been other than leaving their card and the statement.
Will absolutely be using them again.

A consistently good experience …
A consistently good customer experience. Mooreland Fuels is owned by the staff and it shows! The sales team are really helpful and the customer service is second-to-none right down to the delivery driver was really careful not to break down the bushes around our oil tank. We have been a customer now for 18 months and will definitely continue to be so.

We ordered fuel on Monday
We ordered fuel on Monday, delivery expected for Friday. We explained we were desperate due to using tractor for hay harvest (we have been waiting for the cost to come down) Moorland Fuel said they would try their best to get there before. Received message to say delivery now Wednesday. That’s what you call excellent service which was appreciated we were down to zero in our tank and was discussing getting white diesel instead of using red due to being an emergency. Well done Moorland Fuel

I always contact Moorland Fuels first as it is a local company. I’m looking for a competitive price and reliable service. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Communication is excellent from point of contact to delivery.

Efficient and timely
Informed about the delivery. Arrived promptly. Delivered the fuel quickly and efficiently - even though our oil tank isn't the easiest to get to. Invoice left in a convenient place. Thank you.
