What a bunch of complete muppets, from the staff through to the owner.
They think its ok to provide poor service and effectively steal from teenagers, my son.
We were warned that they are useless in respect to dyno tuning and it appears customer service is complete rubbish as well,
I feel sorry for the staff it seems the owners complete muppet who feels its ok to provide rubbish and charge for it.
I've so many people to tell to avoid this company and can see from linkedin he doesn't like to converse.
i will be calling in to see this so called Director!
Look out for the corporate hot air response to this one which doesn't change the fact they should be avoided at all cost.
Such a shame that 9 out of 10 people feel its ok to steal and rip people off!

poorly made product owner ignored me
got poorly made product,
talked to owner who agreed that the product was poorly made, i emailed him mages which he ignored.
Ignored many more emails even called one of there staff who was meant to remind him.
i waited 1 month for delivery got a product with marks non circular holes that was mis molded.
Was gonna have dyno tune with the but now i not stay away.

Full review details: Our customer's concern is that the aftermarket Skidmarx branded rear hugger was not to Original Equipment standard and that the mounting holes were slightly egg shaped, resulting in a poor fitment.
We responded offering our apologies and to take the item back, then provide a full refund, but the customer dictated that we refund approx 50% of the order total and that he would keep the goods. Unfortunately this option was not available.
The item was made to order and the customer ticked our terms and conditions notice before purchase stating that the goods will take an x amount of time to produce.
We are sorry you feel that have not received 100% customer satisfaction and would jump at the chance to turn this around on any future transactions.

I ordered an expensive item over the Internet and paid a premium for 24 hr delivery as I was in a hurry for the parts. 24 hrs came and went with nothing arriving and no word from Moorespeed. so I called them. I was told that most of the parts they advertise are not actually in stock and that the 24 hr delivery premium was from the time they receive items from suppliers. I questions this somewhat misleading practice and was given excuses. That’s simply unacceptable to take money in good faith and mislead customers into thinking its a genuine 24 hr service. I note a previous review in January had a broadly similar experience. I cancelled and got the parts £17 cheeper from demon tweeks. I’d avoid this company.

Order never arrived!
Ordered some bar ends (that they said were in stock). I emailed about the delivery, they replied they were waiting on an order to come in before they could send my order out to me.
I have since emailed requesting a refund and I have had no response from them at all! I have requested a formal refund through PayPal and they have ignored that also!
Would mark and avoid, I'd go somewhere else!
I have all emails and requests for refund as proof.

Jeg købte en bandit fighter hjelm, og modtog den ca 7dage efter. Det er ikke hurtigt men heller ikke langsomt eftersom virksomheden ligger i england. Men hjemmesiden er til at stole på og du kan følge din bestilling så du ved hvor langt den er.
