Incredibly poor work left our house in…
Incredibly poor work left our house in a dangerous condition and charged £195.
The boarded up a garage window that had broken. This was an old window and did not have safety glass. The workman did not initially do any thing with the glass on the inside. I asked for it to be removed because it was incredible dangerous. They refused to do that but covered it with film. Within a week the film has peeled away and shards of glass are falling in.
Do not under any circumstance use this company.

I used Montrose Glass to fit a double glazed panel with a hole cut into it for a cat flap. Delivery was sooner than expected and fitted by a very pleasant and professional young man called Jason, who cleared up when he finished. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the panel, I contacted the company and the problem was delt with swiftly and pleasantly.

Montrose was helpful but expensive
Montrose was helpful but expensive. I would have preferred to bring the door needing replacement glazing to a workshop and saved the cost of two visits to the property. The glass was replaced with plain glass when I had requested a patterned design to make it less likely for children to run into it thinking the door is open. The beading was pinned in place accurately but the resulting holes need filling, sanding and painting. A small job turned into a large and costly one.

Absolute rip off, never use.
Absolute rip off, Would recommend no one use this company. Had my building broken into had to get emergency board fitted to the window, and obviously then needed replacement glass, which came about two weeks later. Given that the window was effectively a transom widow with no opening (300x1400mm) total cost for this £525.00.Disgracful!! Seriously would not recommend this company or if you do make sure you get everything in writing first. I feel they took advantage of the situation I was in, needing to secure my building and loaded up the costs.

Emergency Glass Replacement
From start to finish the customer service was excellent. They responded on the day I telephoned them and the new double glazed unit was made and fitted within 3 days. I was kept informed at all stages and dealt with courtesy and understanding....a rarity these days.
