It's legit, but read this first
Truth be told, you're probably thinking, "Based on all the reviews I'm seeing online, there's a 50/50 chance of this being legit or not."
I don't blame you. I noticed there were no actual blogpost reviews either; and I watched the same TV coverage links, even those obscure YouTube videos with that angry guy yelling about and berating the company's legitimacy.
Well, Monorean seems self-aware of their own problem. Who wants to review this product publicly? Look, I'm not here to give a tech deep-dive because all you're wondering is, "Am I about to be scammed by a highly sophisticated and polished operation, from a country and company I probably can never get an actual refund from?" The answer is no, you're not going to get scammed, and this is a real company with a well-engineered product.
I should know. I bought one of their offerings, and it works. HOWEVER, clean your ears! In the literal sense, before putting it in, this should be mandatory: go get an ear lavage done, or at least buy one of those at-home kits and get those ears clean of wax. Then follow the manual and you'll be fine.
I think this product is good for people who actually do fully attempt to deeply learn tested contents and apply themselves 100%, and are not lazy, but are also not neurotypical (ADHD perhaps) and so find traditional studying/rote memorization to be unnaturally difficult. I'm not here to moralize, but please be honest with yourself: would YOU want a doctor working on your body who finessed their way through school, or would YOU want an engineer building your city's bridges who doesn't actually understand physics? Yeah, probably not, right? So, whatever you end up using this product for, just know why you're using it and don't actually be lazy. Use the golden rule because nothing fulfilling or good in life comes without hard work anyway. Apply yourself as much as you humanly can, and just let the Monorean be a great stopgap/discreet TOOL for us that evens the playing field. Maybe it's not this product's ethical ambiguity that is the problem, but traditional and outdated testing frameworks are actually the problem – the kinds that unfairly punish those who don't fall into how the majority of brains work.
