My elderly in-laws recently purchased a SEAT Arona (WU23) from Jordan May in Bristol, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service they received.

From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally, patiently and with genuine care. Jordan was extremely helpful and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience, particularly for elderly customers, straightforward and enjoyable.

The service was excellent, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Jordan May to others. A big thank you for looking after my in-laws so well.

I was considering staying with BMW or going to another Audi dealership, but Cardiff Audi made the decision easy. Both Ollie and Josh were friendly and professional throughout. They explained all the finance options clearly and took their time, so I never felt rushed. I’m sure I’ll pleased with my new Audi Q6 E-Tron when it arrives

Poor service - booked my car in for an MOT at Ford in Newport and when I arrived I was informed the booking taken by the call centre was apparently not confirmed by the dealer so I could not leave my car. There was a general shrugging of shoulders by the service team and I felt dismissed with no real alternatives or rebooking offered. Total waste of time for me and my wife who I asked to pick me up. They could have informed me!

I visited the dealership knowing what I wanted, and Leuan was both friendly and professional throughout. He answered my questions clearly, reassured me about my choices, and arranged a test drive to confirm everything was right. The atmosphere in the dealership felt welcoming, and it was easy to approach staff when needed. The process went smoothly, with no issues, and the 2 cups of coffee were fab! I left feeling really happy with how things were handled.

Bought a Puma car. The sales man was excellent. Found us a perfect car. Got a great deal part ex. Complete transaction seamless.

Mon Motors Chepstow was excellent the guys there done an amazing job on repaint in my rear bumper smooth from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble kept me up-to-date all the way through definitely going back in the future. Would highly recommend.

I visited Volvo Cars Cardiff to look at the Volvo EX60. The team were friendly and professional, making the whole process easy to navigate. They really took the time to explain everything clearly, especially during the test drive, which was well organised and informative. It was nice to feel comfortable asking questions, and they were very easy to talk to throughout. All of the staff I spoke with were pleasant and helpful, which made a good impression.

We brought an Audi Q5 from Mon motors Cheltenham in December 2025. We have had a lot of problems with this motor and today finally resolved the issue with exchanging for a new Audi Q5.
Ben Kingston has helped us and supported us through this journey . Very helpful and consistent. Would recommend his services when buying a new car.

Simon was very helpful during my visit to Mon Motors Newport Ford. He took the time to go through everything with me clearly, which made the process easier to understand. I had a test drive of the Ford Puma, and he explained all the features in detail, which was reassuring. He also assisted with the paperwork, making sure I knew what I was signing and answering any questions along the way. The whole experience felt straightforward and unhurried. It was nice to feel looked after throughout.

I booked my VW Polo into Bristol Mon Motors in for its MOT and annual service on 17th July 2026. I was not offered a courtesy car and was told it would take approx 5 hours so I took a bus home to Keynsham. The person I had been told would be my contact was "too busy to speak to me" I was sent a text message with a link to " Track the progress of your vehicle, chat with us or request a call back" I tried using this service three times but had no response even when I requested a call back. I did not receive a video of the inspection. Eventually I phoned Mon Motors and was told it would be ready to collect at 4.30 so I got the bus and then waited and waited and was told Stephen was busy and the car wasn't ready. Finally at gone 5.30 a women said my car was ready and I had to pay extra for brake fluid and the MOT on top of the service plan I had already paid for in advance. I noticed the service booklet was missing and ask her about it but she said she couldn't find it but would look again. I requested a replacement it if they couldn't find it.
Two week later on the 27th while driving back from Bath 5 warning list came on - Tyre pressure, Error start/stop, Error parking distance control, Error stability control and front assistance unavailable. The following morning I phone Mon Motors three time, the first time I was told to contact Roadside Assistance if the light were red. They were orange. The second time after someone answered the phone it went dead. The third time I was told they could look at it and run a diagnostic test in September and this would cost £100. I explained that it had just been service but he said that made no difference. Also I was due to drive to Norfolk in a week. I also asked about my service booklet and he said he would ask Bristol to look for it or replace it.
I heard nothing more about my service booklet and I was not going to pay another £100 for a diagnostic test. I now doubt that they serviced it at all
I would go not back there and would not recommend to anyone. I think one star is too generous!!

Telephoned the VW parts counter at Bristol as expected nobody answered left a message and as usual nobody rang me back.
