I've been pleased with my experiences with the Allen location of Monarch Dental including the most recent. When someone mentions needing a dentist, I tell them about this Monarch location.
Great staff.

Service was good, billing could be tweaked
Service was good, nice staff. Appointment was 2 1/2 hours to long. They recommend almost $600, of service when I was expecting a free cleaning. I understand that insurance covers only part of it but no explanation was given why I couldn't get my free cleaning. It felt like they were just interested in billing more.

I made an appointment but had to wait …
I made an appointment but had to wait for 45mins. When I got back to the chair the dental hygentist had to tae care of someone else during my cleaning. At the end I usually get a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss but I didn't get anything. When I got to the front desk, I just stood there while Mabel sat in the back office eating her lunch and did not ask to help me. I should have just walked out. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Lab made a mistake with my upper partial. We are having to start all over. I'm hoping they get it right this time. My doctor, Doctor U, tried everything she could and it just wouldn't fit. I think she is a wonderful dentist and tries everything she can to get it to fit but it just would not. Lab could be better!

Staff was nice
Staff was nice. Never spoke to Dentist. Didn't need to though. Communication is a little off with this company. The appointment consisted of x-rays and a hygienist just poking around in my mouth. They didn't do a cleaning! Then they showed me the total cost of the exam and the cleaning and offer fluoride. I asked them what are they talking about I didn't get a cleaning. They said for your next appointment. What???!!! I have to come back to the dentist for a second appointment. What happened to doing it all in one visit. Now I'm scheduled to get my cleaning in 3 Months. This is stupid. I will go get my cleaning in 3 months and find a new dental group. Thanks.

I really do not like Dentist but For the 1st time ever I feel as though they really care about me as a person, not a number. What I am having done is going to be a long process & they take the time to explain every step. To make sure I understand & that I am comfortable with what they are doing. Thank you for this & I will recommend them to everyone!!
