publicité mensongère. J’ai reçu à peu près 300 € de commande aujourd’hui, à ma grande surprise, très grande taille de très mauvaise qualité. Je regrette de ne pas avoir regardé les avis avant de passer command :-(

Es una verdadera Estafa esta empresa, mucho cuidado no vayan a comprar, compre 4 camisas hace un mes y solo me mandaron que me tenia que comunicar con una empresa china que es la que me mando el paquete y para que yo lo rastree y dicha "empresa Molilulu ellos no tiene nada que ver en eso, en fin que lastima que nos estafen, jamas comprare algo asi que venga por Instagram o Face book

Ordered 3 shirts, all 3 are WAY TOO SMALL.. The labels say 3XL, but they are XL at best. One of the shirts was different than what I ordered, took forever to arrive. When I tried to contact them by email to exchange, I got no replies. Then 3 days later when I tried to email them again, email bounced. Now today molilulu.com website is no longer even working. SCAM! Buyer beware.

Doesn’t ship from the US. Takes 3 weeks to arrive. Poor quality and overpriced

I ordered 6 items. 2 came and were very impressive. The other 4 have vanished.

Ordered 2 shirts for a birthday present way in advance. Did not receive a first email upon buying.
I contact them and they assure me that everything was fine. 2 weeks later , still nothing, I recontact them to be told they forgot to send the items ... Birthday idea spoiled . They did refund me the money few days later . I would not advice !

Scam. Scam. Scam. I ordered some pieces because of pricing... didn't spend much. I was anxious to see what they were like. that was back in mid-February 2023. We have now just begun April'23. No package, no package tracking, and evidently no "open store". The site is closed... no communication available whatsoever.

100% SCAM. I waited a month and knew something was fishy, as each time they would send me tracking it would be a different site. I ordered a bunch of clothes and you know what I got? A fake ring in a little red box with a fake "certificate of authenticity." It only took one google of "ordered clothes, got fake ring" to see that this goes on all the damn time. They get your data. They send you nothing. Reported to cyber crimes.

I made orders for clothing worth $151. 16 in February 2023. After 1 month delay, I made an inquiry with the customer care, Kevin, he responded the following day with my tracking number, indicating that my goods were on transit. Today, 16th March 2023, i checked my tracking number, which indicated the goods were delivered. Apparently, yesterday, there were 2 low quality rings that were delivered that i never ordered, with a California shipping address . I have written to the customer care. I hope to get my full refund.
Update:16th March. The customer service has contacted me and informed me that the sent rings were to confirm if my address were correct. Therefore he is asking me if i would agree on the 2nd shipping without cost. He has assured me to resolve the problem. I will keep you posted on the progress of this communication.
Update:17th March. Customer care is asking me if they could refund 60% of my money, yet I haven't received any package.
19th March:The online company closed its website.
Final update: 21st March. Informed my credit card issuer. Got my refund from them for the transactions.

Horrible customer service! I'm on day 67 of waiting for my delivery that was to come in 12 to 15 days.

Don't Do It!!!

Do not buy from this site! In addition to the fact that the goods went for a very long time, the quality is disgusting! Size didn't fit either! Why didn't I read the reviews before?

Absolutely awful experience. I've ordered a coat in December. It's February and I haven't received any parcel or money back. No response to my email. What a scam!

We ordered 3 cardigans and 2 shirts from them in November. Shipping to the US was estimated to take a month(!?), and actually took a month and a half, presumably because the stuff is coming from China.

Unfortunately when the order came, two of the items were incorrect (one was the wrong size, one was the completely wrong item). I reached out to Molilulu's support, expecting (given the reviews here) to never hear from them. To my surprise they reached out immediately, sent us two replacement items at their cost, and told us to keep the mistakes. The response was sent to spam, which I suspect is why so many people think they never respond.

Unlike other reviews, I thought everything was high quality. The zippers feel cheap, but aside from that the material is nice and they look exactly as advertised.

So, although it took 2.5 months, we got all our items and were very pleased with the company.

Poor quality clothing. Not worth the price even if it is on sale. The items look much better on the web site. BE SURE to look at the size chart if you do order anything as these clothes are from Asia and the sizes are not universal. Always size up. This order took 60 days for delivery and customer service responses, by email, were slow and offered no help Read the return policy because it is NOT favorable to the buyer. Not much to like.

Oltre un mese abbondante per ricevere la merce, oltretutto di pessima qualità e dal costo troppo elevato per il tipo di merce.
