It's been 8 months since I placed my order. I have been in contact numerous times via email with someone who keeps calling me, "My dear friend."
I am not your friend. I have no wine glasses nor the refund that asked for several times. This entire website is a scam...

They sent me an email to inform the potential delay of their glass. Luckily I got my package two weeks after my purchase, no delay happened. Love this glass so much! Anyway thanks for their kind reminder.

I read these reviews after I ordered bcuz this was the lowest price for shark wine glasses and anticipated the worst. It took a few weeks (4?) for them to arrive, but the were well packed in a custom styrofoam block & cardboard box. All was fine.

Been waiting 2 months for my order. They told me it had been shipped on 9th december but still no delivery on 25th January. They then told me all shipping had ceased for chinese new year. Think i have been scammed

It took 3 months for my shark wine glasses to arrive, I assumed they never would and got no reply to my emails - but they arrived today and all intact!! Love them. Pity about the customer service side but great product.

Ordered in August and got a text saying they had shipped with a tracking link. The link says no tracking number found. I've reached out to them numerous times with no response!

Yes, the shipping speed is s-l-o-w. I reached out to their customer service department and they responded almost immediately, apologizing and said my order would be along fairly soon, the glasses were very popular and they were behind. My glasses arrived and one was broken! I reached pout again and they said they would ship another- which they did!! Unlike many on this site, I have had great service from this company.

I have not received my glasses yet that I ordered more than one month ago - and I don't hear from them. It was supposed to be Christmas present - THIS YEAR 😠

DO NOT purchase from this company!!!!! I cannot say this strongly enough. Wish I could give them NO stars. After waiting more than two months (and having filed a PayPal claim because I thought they had ripped me off) the glasses FINALLY arrived. Turns out they did rip me off, just not the way I thought. The glasses boxed in a flimsy paperboard box, having been shipped from China. They weren't packaged to be shipped across town, much less from China, so of course they were smashed into pieces. The package was even a hazard to open because glass shards were everywhere. So, after waiting 2 months, I got a box of broken glass. When I reported this to PayPal I was told to ship the item back to this company for a refund. Ship a box of broken glass to China - at my expense - to get a refund! Needless to say, not happening. So, I'm left with a flimsy box of recyclables and no usable wine glasses. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Same story, waited 2 months, missing 2 orders and the order I received had 3 glasses instead of 4. Filing a dispute with my bank now to get all of my money back! I highly recommend you do the same! Or don’t order from this company, such a JOKE!

Got my Molicoco order today- ordered 4 shark wine glasses in July and just received a package. The package has 3 wine glasses- one missing and one broken! So paid a lot for 2 glasses🤬🤬🤬🤬

3 months in, still waiting for my package. Same automated response from customer service each time.

I'm disputing this charge and reporting the vendor.

I was a little surprised when a box arrived at my door and even more surprised when I saw the fantastic shark wine glasses. I like many others here had ordered these a few weeks prior but had forgotten all about them. I will admit that they took a while to arrive, intact i might add, but well worth the wait. They are stupendous! I would highly recommend anyone who likes a gimmick to get ordering them now but be sure to have another vessel to hand to have your wine out of because they are not going to arrive tomorrow. Excellent purchase.

Flimsy packaging and broken glass after 11 weeks of waiting. Cut my hand from glass sticking out of the packaging. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I just received my shark glasses after months of waiting..... when I opened the box there were only 3 of 4 glasses! I tried to call, nobody picks up.
NEVER EVER order anything from this company!!!! They are THE WORST EVER!

Waited for several months. Received an apology for the wait. Alas, they were in pieces. Boo! I really wanted them for a birthday gift.🤬

I ordered my 4 shark wine glasses on Aug 12, 2019. Zero communication from them UNTIL I started making noise about a class action lawsuit. I finally received the glasses on Oct 23, 2019. The wrapping was cut. The box was cut and smashed on one end. The Styrofoam packing was smashed on one end. Remarkably, the glasses were intact.
