I had a problem with a product delivered not in perfect conditions. Anyway the reaction and response from Oreste were really professionals and quick. They collected the faulty item and sent me a new replacement in the proper time.
Problems can happen, important is how they get solved.

Ho fatto due ordini di lampade di design. La data di consegna comunicata all’acquisto (4-5 settimane) non è stata rispettata in entrambi i casi. Primo ordine arrivato dopo mesi. Il secondo ordine è stato effettuato a metà febbraio e ancora non ricevuto, con nessuna stima della nuova data di consegna. Non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione sul ritardo, mi sarei inoltre aspettata un rimborso o uno sconto a fronte del disservizio.

We had bought Simplehuman Rechargeable Sensor Pump 414 ml, recently had problem of product.
Costumer Service quickly contacted manufacturer and we are receiving a replacement. We have also bought a heavy furniture from them few month ago, received quickly and safely. Happy experience and we recommend this company.

Angelo was very helpful when we were let down by third-party delivery company and he updated proactively.

Item arrived in perfect condition and on-time despite the initial delivery hiccup.

I like that MOHD carries stock UK retailers often don’t, without a surprise import tax/fee headache, and good value for money

Il personale è cortese, preciso sull'ordine e sulla consegna e ,se qualcosa succede nel post vendita anche se dovuto non all'azienda ma a fattori difficilmente prevedibili come l'interazione del clima e dell'umidità ambientale sui mobili in legno massello, come è successo a me, non ti senti abbandonato perché si fanno intermediari tra il cliente e il brand del mobile finché insieme non trovano una soluzione sartoriale delle strutture in massello capace di resistere alle sollecitazioni meccaniche climatiche che possono rovinare il legno.

Extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung mit MOHD.

Ich habe Anfang Januar eine Bestellung über fast 800 € aufgegeben, mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von etwa 6 Wochen. Heute sind über 12 Wochen vergangen, und ich habe weder meine Ware erhalten noch eine verbindliche Aussage zum Liefertermin.

Besonders problematisch ist jedoch der komplette Ausfall des Kundenservice. Auf mehrere Nachfragen und meine letzte deutliche Beschwerde erhalte ich keine Antwort.

Was mich am meisten stört: Es geht nicht nur um eine Verzögerung, sondern um mangelnde Transparenz und fehlende Kommunikation. Wenn sich Lieferzeiten ändern, informiert man Kunden proaktiv – besonders bei einem hochpreisigen Kauf. Hier passiert schlicht nichts.

Aktuell habe ich bezahlt, warte seit Monaten und werde ignoriert.

Ich empfehle jedem potenziellen Käufer, sich vor einer Bestellung genau zu überlegen, ob er dieses Risiko eingehen möchte.

Update folgt, falls MOHD doch noch reagiert.

At first their was a problem with the first item I bought, but it has been solved by the people of MOHD very quickly and in a very professional way. I can only say this company works very good and professional. so when you need to buy something for Home Design/ interiors I highly recommend this company!!

Dopo un mese di attesa (comunque precedentemente segnalato sulla pagina del prodotto) mi viene inviato il prodotto sbagliato. Errore assolutamente visibile, visto che doveva essere una scaletta porta asciugamani e mi è stato consegnato un pallet di 20kg (con uno specchio dentro).

AGGIORNAMENTO 27/04: A seguito dell'errore, ho contattato l'assistenza Mohd per segnalare l'errore. Senza alcun tipo di contestazione sono stati molto cortesi, veloci e professionali nel programmare il reso gratuito dell'oggetto sbagliato e la riconsegna di quello giusto. Sottolineo come durante le operazioni siano stati loro a contattarmi più volte di loro iniziativa per sincerarsi che tutto stesse andando per il verso giusto, cosa estremamente gradita. Non come fanno svariati negozi che vanno rincorsi fino all'esaurimento nervoso perchè spariscono nel nulla dopo aver commesso un errore. Ringrazio Marilena.

Una lentezza nella spedizione imbarazzante. A distanza di due mesi e forse più sono ancora in attesa del prodotto. Ad oggi è in magazzino.
Il servizio clienti è sempre stato disponibile ma le tempistiche dell'arrivo della merce è talmente deludente che passa la voglia di riacquistare qualcosa da loro. Attendiamo ancora.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, HERE IS WHY: I placed an order in March and when it did not arrive, I was informed that the order was significantly delayed. When I asked to then have my order cancelled, I was told that it was not possible - that I should have been made aware of the prolonged delivery time at the time of my purchase (I was not!). I decided to wait it out, but today I recieved a new notification informing me that the order will arrive IN MAY - TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHACE!

Purchased two sets of furniture from them. Unfortunately, one sustained damage during the transit and the other was defective. Despite living in the UK, they worked with me to come up with a satisfactory solution.
