This company is a joke
This company is a joke. And so is their customer service. Don’t ever order from here. Placed an order on 6-13-20, it’s been 47days and I still have not gotten 4 of the 5 items I ordered. They keep giving excuses but they did charge my credit card immediately for all if it. The item I did receive after a month is NOT AT ALL as advertised. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to place the review. This company deserves negative stars!

horrible customer service
Clothes are not the same as discribed, you can not get ahold of anyone for a refund for returns. Leaving messages and emails with no response. Do not waste your time with this company, they will just disappoint you.

Nice things but difficult operating with this company!
Sizes are really too small as in normal size range in some clothing. No good return policy and difficult to speak with anyone; it seems like ghost company.

Terrible Company, With Nonexistent Customer Service
I placed an order on February 11. I received the wrong order late, and have been calling the company for over a month to sort out the mix-up. Nobody picks up the phone and there's no way to leave a voicemail. I will never order from this place again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Products good for the cost, Customer Service if something goes wrong-Horrible!
I have purchased a few times from Moddeals. Products are not of great value but you get what you pay for. At least 2 occasions, Moddeals never sent items I ordered. Getting ahold of them by phone is impossible. You are kept on Hold forever even though you are told your are "next in line"... I held more that a dozen times for over a half-hour as the "next in line". Sending emails is fruitless. You get a auto response that they will get back to you within 24 hours. Still waiting on several email responses since February 14th!! They cancelled my last order, without telling me, but kept the money!! I had to go through PayPay and they still refused to answer PayPal! After a month of fighting, I finally got my refund that was not approved by Moddeals. PayPal went in and refunded the money due to "non action" by Moddeals.... Ridiculous. I'm done using them because I'm sick of fighting when they take money and not fulfill the orders.

Bad customer service, great products.
Have bought several times from ModDeals and my most recent purchase was three pairs of shoes, two pairs of pants. Never received the pants, put in a ticket for missing items - has been weeks and still haven't heard anything from the company. The products are always great, especially for the price, and I haven't had a problem up until now. I was willing to give MD the benefit of the doubt, but their lack of communication with this error has really turned me off of buying from them again. Shame.
