I literally cant stop. These bikinis are the best I have ever had. People think they are expensive but you really cant put a price on quality and style. Even better when you grab yourself a bargain in the sale with some items dropping to £5.
I used to hide my body away on holiday and now I really don't care. Moda gives you the confidence you never knew you needed.
My god the dresses that go with the bikinis are stunning and just keep getting better.
If you can also get yourself watching the lives with girls on tiktoks you can also get yourself some right bargains. They are so helpful and let you know if one of the styles comes up larger or smaller. Ive bought so much more based off their advice. Excellent team and wont shop anywhere else now for Bikinis, Dresses or cover ups

I first came across moda on TikTok lives, wow, what beautiful quality swimwear, I wouldn’t wear anything else now!

I found the moda minx live auctions a couple of weeks ago and now obsessed! I’ve had parcels coming nearly every day and so ready for my holiday now. The quality of the items is amazing, I won’t be buying swimwear from anywhere else now!
The girls on the lives are amazing, so patient, so helpful and the nicest people. Bex and Flo are the ones I tend to watch in the evenings and they’re hilarious. I’ve watched Chloe a few times during the day and just as lovely and helpful

Moda minx bikinis are the best bikinis to exist! I am 23 now and I’ve only just felt confident in a bikini; From 16 I’ve been self conscious… I’ve struggled to find bikinis that are flattering on me until I discovered moda minx. The varied styles offers bikinis for every shape and size. I’ve never felt so confident in my life! The girls on tik tok lives are amazing and so helpful as well as the rest of the moda team💕💕

Orders are delivered nice and quickly and the qualify is the best quality I’ve ever had in swimwear!

I have been using moda minx for a very long time and never had any issues. I accidentally ordered a top by mistake.. unfortunately I had a fast payment option and the payment went through ( did not even apply discount code was a mistake ) £38 pound later .. straight away I emailed moda minx and used a option on there website to cancel the order. Two days later I have no replys or emails and the order got send out . 4 emails and 2 online inquiries . Terrible customer service. I am now stuck with a top that I can only return for a voucher to use on their website. Never again will I purchase from this company! Massive con! It’s not like it is a bikini. It’s a top with the labels on . Very disappointed also will not be supporting their tik tok account too. This happened to my mum weeks before hand and she also feels the same way.

Customer service, or lack of, is dreadful! My parcel never arrived. Which is not their fault as I can see Royal Mail lost it in transit however, I have been emailing them constantly for the past month and not had a single reply or refund. I am now having to contact my bank to raise a dispute to try and get my money back. Would not order from them again.

Avoid! Ordered a few sizes, wanted to send back some, their customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across, I’ve sent 5 emails over 2 weeks and not one reply! Honestly take your money and basically that’s it! I would never buy from again! And it seems I’am not the only one after reading some of the comments on here! Shocking company!!!!

Brought yellow bikini was beautiful paid £85 and wore it once but the colour has all came out and it’s turned a disgusting faded colour. I followed all care instructions so really disappointed that I’ve lost £85. I’ve reached out to customer services 3 times and no response. Very disappointed.

bought a bikini for wife. they missed off sarong from order. As they never sent it bought another sarong sent the wrong one. bought another and sent the same one again. both orders wrong. no answers to my emails either. Very poor service. bought from these a few times had great service but this time 3 times theorder is wrong

I've bought several bikinis from this company now, and I can honestly say the quality is second to none. The fabrics are beautiful, the fit is incredibly flattering, and every piece feels made to last. Considering the exceptional quality, they're also incredibly affordable, offering fantastic value for money.

The customer service is outstanding. Every interaction has been friendly, professional, and helpful, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you always feel valued.

I also love watching the TikTok Lives. The girls who host them are absolutely lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable, and so much fun to watch. They happily answer questions, offer honest advice, and help everyone find the bikini they want, you just need to be patient.

From the amazing customer service and entertaining TikTok Lives to the beautiful website and exceptional products, every part of the experience has exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, these are the best bikinis on the market. If you're looking for stylish, high-quality, affordable swimwear from a company that truly values its customers, I couldn't recommend them highly enough and on the plus side you will feel amazing in a Moda Minx bikini!!

I absolutely love the bikinis, but the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.

I placed a fairly large order because I was trying to find the perfect bikini for my holiday to Ibiza. I found one I loved and returned the rest. That’s when I discovered that some of the items could only be refunded as store credit rather than back to my original payment method. I wasn’t aware of this when ordering. I looked through the website and couldn’t find anything that clearly explained that sale items weren’t eligible for a cash refund.

I emailed customer support to question this, but never received a reply. I eventually accepted the store credit and used the £70 on another order, purchasing the same bikini in two sizes and paying the remaining balance with my own money.

When I returned the size that didn’t fit, I expected to receive a refund for the money I’d actually paid. Instead, they refunded the amount as store credit again, leaving me out of pocket. It feels like they simply keep hold of your money.

I’ve now emailed customer support again and it’s been over a week with no response. Between my orders and returns, I’m around £200 out of pocket and only have two bikinis to show for it.

The bikinis themselves are gorgeous, but the customer service is appalling. Ignoring customers’ emails and making it so difficult to get your money back is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again, and I think customers should be aware of how returns are handled before ordering.

Avoid if you expect decent customer service or straightforward refunds.

I have been buying moda minx bikinis for years and don’t even look anywhere else as I like the fit and have never had a problem. However I have just been away on holiday and 2 of the bikinis I took have discoloured so I am not able to wear them again. I have emailed countless times and still have not received a response. I have tried to contact the founder (guessed an email address), it didn’t bounce back and I haven’t had a response to that either. The bikinis are not cheap and now I have 2 that I am unable to wear. Really shocked and disappointed with the level of service.

What can I say… MODA slaps every single time! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my bikini and cover ups. They are honestly the best in the business, recommend them to everyone I meet and always get so many compliments on my Moda fits

Not helping with my tax issues. I have not received my package because Moda Minx has made a wrong invoice and now I have to pay EU VAT on top of the VAT already collected by Moda Minx. If they replied me, then I could perhaps sort all of this out but instead, now I efficiently have to pay 50% VAT on the goods. I will remove this review if/once they reply me and help with my issue.

I ordered bikinis from Moda minx. I tried to return these several times on multiple devices with failure every time. I emailed for assistance with no reply and when they finally replied they didn’t offer any assistance at all. I was informed that I was doing it incorrectly although I had entered everything correctly. I have now not received any email back and it says the time has passed for a return. £200 wasted I cannot wear these items as they’re too small for me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I came across Moda via Tik tok and I must say you have the most amazing girls on lives! They are so friendly and so helpful with sizing! I love each and every one of my bikinis, outfits and dresses! It’s so inclusive and the sizing is great for bigger busts! Anyone who isn’t sure about buying bikinis because of their quality you must try Moda you won’t go anywhere else! Xx
