Ordered three items from the site. Nothing was received. They sent fake “ delivered” receipts every time I asked. Horrible. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new one

Complete garbage
I purchased an adult size very long robe like dress for Halloween and I received something that resembles the costume (if you close one eye and concentrate really hard you can see it) that looks like a little child stay away from this company. They are definitely a scam!!

What I paid for was NOT what i got.
Very misleading / false advertising- the items i received look nothing like advertised. Material quality very poor, style not matching order as per images of what I ordered. Arrived the day before halloween so halloween now ruined as have to try get last minute outfit to compensate.

Scammers
Scammers. Paid and never received item. Lied when I asked for tracking information and regurgitated a hand written tracking trail which was obviously crap. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered a Halloween costume from…
I ordered a Halloween costume from them. I ordered it at the beginning of the month. They said it would ship within 7 days. Still has not shipped. I've tried to contact them. They only have an email. They do not respond at all. I had to file a claim with PayPal. I hope PayPal can give me my money back. Do not buy from this website. I believe it's a scam.

I ordered 4 expensive items for…
I ordered 4 expensive items for Halloween that were delivered a month later. The items were NOT what advertised. I received cheap material made items that were not at all close to the pictures online. The return policy says I’m in charge of shipping and handling and after they get the items back, they’ll decide to return my money. This company is a total scam!!! They don’t have a phone number to contact them, only email. I’ll be taking this to the next level. What a shame!!!!

They say my costume was delivered on Oct 23. It was not delivered to the shipping address. I have tried to reach out to them but they have no phone number and the email address given is invalid

Complete scam
Complete scam! DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago (it was supposed to have shipped within 7 days). Still no tracking number assigned and zero response from their customer service unit. I'll have to file a claim with Paypal!
