14 buoni in quasi 2 anni
Ho installato l'app sul secondo telefono, quello appunto destinato alle app non fondamentali, per non appesantire inutilmente il telefono principale. Comunque un telefono che uso quotidianamente.
A marzo 2023 ho riscattato il primo buono Amazon da 5€, l'ultimo a settembre 2024. Usato con continuità, mai un problema.
Una stellina in meno perché penso che la ricompensa non possa essere inferiore a 5€ al mese.
La ricompensa era di 300 crediti a settimana e ne servivano 1800 per riscattare 5€. Quindi ogni 6 settimane si incassava. Ora i punti necessari sono saliti a 2100. 7 settimane. Siamo vicini ai 5€ ogni 2 mesi. Non va bene e non so se continuerò a usarla.
Way to get around if you with your account cancellation
I've been using it for years I've got many gift cards for Amazon.
I've run into a problem once were they said my account was closed as VPN was off for certain time. I contacted them they gave me generic response in other words too bad.
I noticed that the VPN was still on and they were using me even though I didn't have an account and as soon as I replied and told them that my account was back up all my points were there and I've never had an issue since. People say that this happens it will happen it does but if you do what I did you'll see that VPN still on. I mentioned was it even legal what they were doing and how many other people did they do this to my account was back up in the second and it's never happened since so it is good you do get the rewards you do get them right away I don't know why people are saying it takes forever it takes about a day. I'm not going to install a certificate on my phone they want me to that gives them way too much access. When you do install it go to your VPN setting and you'll see you can put it to be always on put it all is on and you'll never have to worry about the trouble I recommend it and if you ever have trouble just do what I did

Participaba con MobileXpression (una plataforma de consumo y "encuesta" pero de modelo pasivo) solo tienes que tener activada la app MobileXpression.
Durante 6 años aprox. facilitándole vía VPN el control de el acceso a mí navegacion y uso de móvil en temas de visitas web y trafico de red.
A cambio, cada 4 o 5 semanas (Mes y medio) me ofrecían 5€ o 10€ en cheque de Amazon Prime o Primark.
El mes de Junio de 2024 me envían una correo electrónico en el que si base de datos o servidor (NUNCA CONCRETAN EL ERROR O ORIGEN DEL PROBLEMA), ha detectado un fallo o y me retiran o bloquean mi cuenta, quedándose ellos con los datos de participación de 2 meses + los Puntos que había acumulado y aún no había retirada, y no te ofrecen una atención al cliente, cuando desde la web www.mobilexpression.*com en su formulario de ayuda o desde sus correos electrónico:

O la dirección de correo electrónico donde te informan del bloqueo:

... te responden solo desde el primer correo y usan un copia / pega; quiero decir, un resumen que les envía a todos los usuarios cuando ya no les renta tenerlo en su plataforma al tener ganancias, a pesar que ellos usen tus datos de red bajo una VPN. ...
Por último he leído por caso y la historia de algunos, como una tal Sergio, Mateo, Virginia, que han denunciado el caso y les han recuperado la cuenta y proseguido con la participación y Canje de sus puntos.
Hace 2 días les envié un correo determinante por estafa, en caso de que no se me restaure mi cuenta para seguir participando y canjear mis cheques, mañana Lunes 2 de Septiembre, pondré denuncia vía Judicial y con abogado de oficio por malversación de datos y uso indebido de ellos bajo conexión de pretender que estuviese conectado 24h al día bajo VPN sin adquirir recompensa en el futuro.

I've been using them for years. I've just cashed out my umpteenth £20 voucher. That's £680 in total for me over several years. I can't fault them. They pay out fast. If for some reason it's not been paid in 5 working days, I then contact them and it's with me in a few hours.

È una truffa
Dopo qualche tempo i buoni inviati sono inutilizzabili. Se protesti ti dicono di scrivere, ma gli indirizzi che ti danno non ti consentono di farlo visto che scatta l'errore. Se ci fossero stelle in negativo le darei tutte. Non vi fidate!!!!!!!!

Legitimate application, I been using mobile expressions 3 years + and 20 weeks for a £20 amazon voucher is worth it but lately the app doesn't work as well, been locked out and having to email them allot. It's been allot of finicky issues lately so being transparent to people. It
is worth it as all you do is go on the app every week and let it use your web proxy but that's it.
Update they blocked me from using it last night claiming I'm not using the application yet it's on every day and there code of practice is awful now highly avoid mobilexpression!.
Not a scam but a pain.
I've been using this app for 3yrs+ now and the only issue I'd get is when I'd go for a holiday. So what I do every time I go abroad is inform them. They'd tell me to turn it off and just turn it on when I'm back to avoid vpn issues. My account is locked when I redeem a voucher after a holiday so I have to inform them that I'm back. It's a pain when they flag your account and they always send a default reply and I gotta send another email to get past that but it always gets solved for me. Another thing that works is leaving a feedback on googleplay. They reply there and tell you to email them (which really is the same email that sent you a default reply) but whenever I sent an email saying I was told to, it got sorted.

I used mobilexpression for two years without any issues. Then, when I was only one credit away from claiming a voucher I was told that I can no longer use the app. I've tried to message mobilexpression but received a cut and paste response.

I've had the app on my phone for over a week running in the background, draining my battery and taking my data doing who knows what with it and then they emailed me twice and tell me to claim my reward and I go to do so and they say my account is locked. and they won't unlock it. and now I don't have any more data on my plan. what a scam. not only are they fishing to send me that reward they owe me but they're fixing to be paying my phone bill for all the data that I used for them to just scam me like that.

Everything was fine until one day when I was no longer able to collect my weekly points; I had already cashed in my points twice before, so I had been saving up for one of the larger gift cards. After a couple of weeks back and forth with tech support, they had me just reinstall. It didn't make sense because everything was working fine on my end—I had even sent in print screens when asked. So, I followed their instructions to uninstall and then re-install their software, but I had lost those two weeks worth of points. No biggie. After confirming with them that everything was working properly and that I could resume collecting my weekly points, everything went back to normal.
The following week I claimed my points as I had done a couple of times before but this time, immediately after placing my order for the largest gift card available, they canceled my order and froze my account. I contacted tech support asking why but they only confirmed that they froze my account and cancelled my order. No explanation, no details, nothing. So, not only did I lose the two weeks of points when their app messed up, but I also lost several months prior's worth and I have no reason to this day as to why. And to make things better, they've completely stopped responding. 🤬
In short: if you follow their rules, abide by their guidelines and work hard to save up for a big prize, they will keep your money and lock your account.
If you read the reviews for their app, you will see that this is common practice for this particular company.
I would recommend trying Nielsen. So far, I have had zero issues and they allow you to earn money with multiple devices.
