The two lads who came to fit the board worked quickly and were pleasant throughout the afternoon. They cleaned up after they were finished and the ladder is straight forward to use

We had part of our loft boarded and a bathroom extractor fan installed in two separate appointments in July 2026. From the moment we sent the query, communication was prompt, helpful and thorough. Details regarding finance applications were also easy, and I was never left feeling like I wasn't sure how to proceed. I was given multiple options in our loft boarding quote, as well, so I could decide after the initial evaluation of the space how we wanted to go about it, shelf inclusion etc.

We did have to have our appointment rescheduled a couple of times due to the worst of the heatwaves and a new arrival amongst the staff (congratulations again!) but this was absolutely no issue for us and the reorganisation was flexible. As an additional shout out, a week after we had our loft ladder installed, the guys returned during ANOTHER heatwave to flip our hatch and ladder around on request to make it feel a little safer on our landing. Very much appreciated given these weather extremes.

The loft works completed look great, and I didn't expect the bathroom extractor fan installation to be completed so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MK Loft Boarding to anyone and have already passed on my praises to a few friends who were looking to get various works done. Thanks again, all!

I have used MK Lofts twice now and each time been pleased with the results. They did two seperate installs for me, one of which included wooden loft ladder installation. The finish is to a high standard & the installation team and office are super helpful and friendly. They are also competitive on price and offer discounts on installations (I got 10% off). Overall really pleased with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
