Top quality, did a really good job on my garden lights. I made an appointment and they came round that day (and on time) and re-wired garden lights that were permanently fusing. Very nice chap as well

Very poor quality
Can't belive the poor quality of these products. I have an MK pull chord light switch (for bathrooms) which has failed. Took it apart and couldn't belive that all the springs were mild steel and had rusted through or had started rusting.
Quite unbelievable, why are not all the steel componenets stainless steel!!!! Only had the switch a few years they should be a designed for humid environments.... UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I have never had such lovely people come to do work for me.
Martin and the team were beyond helpful. They just completely helped me to work out all of the issues in the house and were really fair on price.

Dangerous, unprofessional and uncontactable
Installed an RCD in my flat. Left holes in the ceiling. When I ran their report past an electrical safety inspector, he said the report made no sense. MK has left me without any downlights in my kitchen.
I've rung the company more than a dozen times and never get a reply.
The work they did on my flat has left it in a dangerous condition. Avoid them.

The girls in the office are very helpful and were realistic with pricing and timings. The engineers were friendly and efficient. Very good.

Amazing Service
Amazing Service. They came out to me on an emergency call out and sorted my problem in under 45 mins. My fridge was back on and all was good again !
