Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. They falsely advertise that order by midday and get next day delivery. This isn’t the case.as I was placing an order at 11:30am, it said on the order before paying delivery would be between 8am and 6pm today (the next day) so I purchased it. This morning I received a notification that the delivery had been scheduled… they had not picked and packaged until today meaning delivery would not be until tomorrow. Their response was shocking, no accountability all they can say is next day delivery is not guaranteed… it certainly isn’t when you don’t bother to send the order because it’s still on your shelves the next day. False advertising.

Never ordering from here again.
Ordered their down pillows, received two pillows that smelled repulsive. Washed according to instructions, and advice received online for washing + drying down pillows, they still smell repulsive. Total waste of my time and money.

Fantastic customer service!
As always Lyn was amazing and gave fantastic customer service. I ordered duvet protectors and I am really pleased with them. I am also very impressed with the high quality of them given the low price. I've been using Mitre for 20 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else,

We’re really sorry to read your review and understand how frustrating this experience has been. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide.
After investigating, we can see that delivery was initially attempted by our courier on 9th June, but they were unfortunately unable to gain access to the premises.
The parcel should have been reattempted, however, this didn’t happen and the order was returned to our warehouse in error.
We appreciate that our earlier communication didn’t meet expectations, especially given the time that has passed since placing your order, and we apologise for this.
We are currently in contact with you directly to resolve this as quickly as possible.
