Mitchells Renault Omdömen 

As a lady buyer who visited on my own i was put straigt at ease. From first walking into the showroom, the sale staff were friendly and acknowledged me as they were with other buyers.
They gave me all the info i had asked for in a positive and friendly manner. Sometimes repeating information as i asked could they go over it again. I felt under no pressure, they spent aslong as I needed with me. I returned to find out more info and arrange a test drive. On my third visit, I ordered my car as they told me about options, and I had made my mind up re colour, etc. I would highly recommend a visit to Mitchells as the whole team is helpful and friendly.

Our first Renault, bought from Mitchells, and its first service went perfectly. Arrangements were made, car was collected and we’d had a phone call to say when the car was being picked up, and who would be collecting it.
Whilst in the garage, it was serviced and cleaned and then brought back to us.
Very good service all round. Can highly recommend.

The salesman (Jamie Jinkerson) at Gt. Yarmouth was excellent; my wife already had a Dacia Sandero to trade in so we did not need much persuasion.

I had a Jaguar; our idea was of trading both in and just getting a new Jaguar.

With both of us being retired and having a Motorhome we did not need two cars.

The new Jag’s. were beautiful but were a lot more expensive and we do most of our mileage in summer in the Motorhome now, so we do not need an extra luxury car.

We saw the Stepway and that made our mind up, its great, hence the purchase. I would recommend Dacia & Mitchell’s to anyone who wants a good car at a reasonable price.

Superb service from Allen and his team at GY! New to the area and after being quoted £1700 for our MOT by Halfords we decided that it was best to put our faith into a local reliable garage! They smashed our expectations out of the park and they were friendly, reliable and had fantastic communication. They are honest people, which is hard to come by these days. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for my car issues and needs! Thank you so much!

everything was done in a timely manner and i was kept informed on a regular basis of the progress being made and with the delivery coming four months earlier than stated.

1st service carried out and they washed and hoovered the car out, the car was even ready a few minutes early, everyone was really nice and friendly, and the added bonus they do very good coffee ☕️ 👌 recommended, yes.

The courtesy, honesty and sincerity I experienced today while Mitchell’s in Halesworth, serviced my car is gold star. I took my car in for the Annual MOT and service. Chris showed me the tyres and brake pads which needed replacing so I could see the wear and tear. He also explained the different tyre options available to me. Genuine and sincere with that human touch is how I would describe everyone I have come into contact with at Mitchell’s Halesworth.

Sorry this is going to be a long one... I first purchased a Nissan from Chris which I had for nearly 3 months. I tried really hard but I struggled to get used to the automatic gearbox. I spoke to Chris again and he was really helpful. He was really Fair and agreed to take the Nissan back, and sell me a different car. I cannot recommend Mitchells Pre owned enough. Fair, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We saw the car we wanted on Mitchell’s website and asked for a call back to discuss Craig came back to us and we arranged to view the car and it was just what we was looking for Craig made it all so easy and made us feel at ease and reassured us he is always there if needed he made it a pleasant experience .

I’ve just bought my 10th Renault from Mitchells Lowestoft (2 of which were for my wife). This time was a new Clio hybrid. The main reason I continue to go back to Mitchells is because of the friendly and helpful staff from sales to the service team. Especially Jonnie Kent he’s always helpful and polite just a nice person to know.
I would definitely recommend Mitchells of Lowestoft and definitely see Jonnie for advice.

I made a warranty claim with a faulty light/rain detector
after checking and ordering the replacement part, I was contacted to make an appointment.
On the day it was fitted in about 30 mins.
All aspects of the process were good.

Everything easy from finance to pickup. Excellent value low mileage sandero stepway in superb condition. Good coffee and staff are brilliant. Low fuss high quality. Will buy again from Mitchell's.
