The flat is so clean, fully furnished and with everything you would need.
The location is perfect near the best cafes, shops in Bagdat street and close to the beach.
Highly recommended.

Hello everyone, the apartment was very very nice, pleasant and clean. Also you can find something what you need for your vacation in this apartment. For example internet connection( high speed), dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, Wash Maschine…… We got drinking water, toilet paper, shampoo and something else like this for free and they were already there. You can take the keys very easily and the landlord is every time available. I have just feeling that I was in my apartment. I have had very nice week and vacation with this choice. I hope that I would like to stay in this apartment an other time again. Thank you so much for this good service. Hallo zusammen, die Wohnung war sehr, sehr schön, angenehm und sauber. Auch in dieser Wohnung finden Sie alles, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub brauchen. Zum Beispiel Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine…… Wir bekamen kostenlos trink Wasser, Toilettenpapier, Shampoo und ähnliches und sie waren schon da. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist ganz einfach und der Vermieter steht Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ich habe einfach das Gefühl, dass ich in meiner Wohnung war. Ich hatte mit dieser Wahl eine sehr schöne Woche und einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ich hoffe, dass ich ein anderes Mal wieder in dieser Wohnung übernachten möchte. Vielen Dank für diesen guten Service.

Bağdat caddesinde bulunan bu evde 4 gece boyunca 5 arkadaş konakladık. Ev gayet temiz, ferah ve konum olarak çok iyiydi. Birçok restauranta, cafelere 3-5 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi

Check-in ve check-out cok kolay, ev temiz ve otel konforunda, Ugur beyin iletisimi da gayet hizli.. genel olarak cok memnun kaldik 🙏

This was our first airbnb experience and chose to stay as it was an excellent location to move around and immediately accessible by bus and just off E5. Had multiple restaurants and sok supermarket close by. The flat itself was furnished nicely with top notch amenities and fully functional 2 bedroom apartment (1 twin bed + 2 bunk beds). Unlike noisy neighborhoods with nightclubs, it was peaceful and tranquil. We had a memorable stay and would highly recommend even for extended stays.

A Disastrous Stay in a Filthy and Rundown Establishment

The room I was assigned to was like a scene from a horror movie. The walls were adorned with mysterious stains that I dared not attempt to identify. The carpet was so worn and faded that I wasn't entirely sure what color it was meant to be. And let's not even talk about the bathroom – I've seen cleaner public restrooms at highway gas stations. The mildew growing in the corners of the shower could probably write a dissertation on the neglect it's experienced.

In conclusion, if you have any regard for your sanity, health, or general well-being, run far, far away from this abomination of a place. Save yourself the agony of a stay in a dirty and rundown establishment that deserves nothing but a swift condemnation and, ideally, a bulldozer to put it out of its misery.

JUST STAY AWAY !!
