I have to say that the actual website frustrates me. Too many things flashing in front of me on the screen. Make it simple so I can easily choose what I need and purchase it.

I will never ever ever purchase from…
I will never ever ever purchase from Mirenesse again. Aside from the fact that the product they’re asking me to review was left out of the order which was delivered to me, even though I was charged twice for the order I made and am not only not being refunded the extra (unjustified) charge but customer service just stopped responding to following up with it; farce of a company and I wouldn’t touch them again with a 40 foot pole.

Hi Jakki, we are sorry to hear that, but our team has responded more than once and had requested information from you which you only supplied today , they are investigating your claims as both orders were combined and shipped to you as you had made 2 orders and used 2 different emails and you had confirmed receiving them, thus you were not charged twice, we will fix whatever is still missing and apologize if the response was not timed to your satisfaction however we have replied to each of your emails and we will try to do better , thank you

It’s always come with good packaging but I’d prefer the packaging to be more of “ save the planet” conscious rather than what you did because at the end goes to the bin for environmentally problems.

Lovely products
I have been using Mirenese products for years. The products always seem to last ages as you don't need to use much. The foundation covers my freckles really well and now, my age spots. Love the mascaras and lip glosses plus the prices are really good. Definitely recommend 👌

I have been a Mirenesse member for many years and i still love your products. however I do not like your website at all. Far too many promos for other products crowd the page and make it hard to red the full description of the product you are actually reading about or trying to order.

I get the package of eye liner electric eyelashes curler and mascara. First I heard a lot of good compliments about the mascara, when I opened the cap the stick was not having any brush it was only a stick. I’m real disappointed do to the missing part of the mascara the brush and I pay a lot of money 150 dollars I would like to know what mi Renés se could do for me.
