Did excellent sending to US all the way from Australia! Packed well, no problems with items.

Mirenesse is a company making lovely cosmetics and skincare with no nasties. The delivery time is good, as is the communication from Mirenesse. The results deliver in their promises.I love the brow products, tubing mascara, foundations and skin preparataions. The gloss pore refining primer is the best primer I have ever used.They seem to always include bonuses with purchase. Austrailan for Aussie conditions!

I believe that Mirenesse products are superior to anything else that I have tried. I have been purchasing for years. I originally bought the secret weapon mascara from HSN and still to this day have not found anything better. But this last order, I spent over $100 on foundation, and I got MINIs!? There is barely any product there. Not a happy camper. Sorry, that’s it for me.

UPDATE: Surprisingly, Mirenesse actually responded to this review immediately, but just to lie AGAIN about no perfume in their makeup products! They are ABSOLUTELY not natural fragrances in origin, as I have hyperosmia/chemical sensitivity to an uncommonly high level, & can tell the difference. One hurts when smelled, the other (natural) does not. They also referenced the EXACT foundation I was referring to, which has the perfume & looks like a perfume bottle! What NERVE they have! They absolutely DID recommend it for me as a mature adult with dry skin who filled out their questionnaire before buying anything. They also didn't address the orangey nature of the foundation, which is unattractive as well. I guess, if you're going to lie, go bold & brash? Double down?

There are no skin care products that match the quality of 20 years ago on the site currently, in 2024, so that is also fictional. Wow. And not surprisingly, they did NOT choose to address that the actives in skincare are now at the middle or end of the ingredient lists, not at the beginning like 20 years ago. They even took time to be PETTY & remind me that they were on HSN, not QVC, which may be the only honest part of their response. ?!! Wow. Their website is also hard to follow/use, with large windows (ads for more products) popping up in your way, making it even harder. NO reference to transdermal technology being in their skincare is listed on the website, but even if it was, I don't trust them anymore; not for anything except their mascara, which I don't have to shop online from Australia to order, as there are many available in my country in currently. What follows is my original review from yesterday, & their immediate, petty, & untruthful response. It's like they slapped me, metaphorically here, for telling the truth. My opinion now has dropped even lower because of this, & I've lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1, 0 if possible. I'm now even more worried about their 'LED Amazing Mask'. I may never use it again after this intentional dishonestly on their part here on Trustpilot with their 'response' to my review. It follows here:

In the early 2000's this Australian beauty company used to be on QVC. Back then they were excellent, with serums using a new 'transdermal technology', pure, very high in active ingredients, & never any perfume in anything, even their makeup. Their hallmark product was & still is their tubing 'Secret Weapon' mascara, which may have been the 1st of it's type in the world. Now, however, in 2024, their products are not the same. They must've sold all those great formulations, & nothing is normal or OK except.. that original mascara. (But there are lots of tubing mascaras available in the US now.) Anyway, I ordered a lot of makeup from them recently, expecting no perfume like it says on their ingredient lists .. but that was a lie. They were loaded with perfume, & the foundation bottle even looked like a perfume bottle! Yikes. My daughter didn't even want it after trying it on her hand & seeing that it stunk of perfume (& she does not have my chemical sensitivity), was way too drying/matte, & was also.. orangey. Double, triple Yikes. This was supposed to be for older folk, moisturizing, not drying. Plus, I'm very sensitive to chemicals/synthetic perfumes.

So sad that a once great company is just mediocre now. Back then, they were a 5 star company.

They do however, now make an 'Amazing Mask', w/red light & other color therapies in the same mask. I've been using this for a year & a half, with no serious complaints, except... it does leave my skin a bit warm & red, especially the part of my neck it shines on, which from what I've read, these are really not supposed to do. I think I will cover that area from now on & use use my hand-held Light Stim for that & other areas the mask obviously cannot reach.

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love their products, I just wish I never had to go on their webpage again! 9-10 times I end up not ordering because I’m so annoyed and it has taken so long that I end up leaving without purchasing. The website is so clunky and not set out to be user friendly. The amount of pop-up and chat bots that take up the page are distracting and make ordering on mobile a cumbersome process. Not to mention that coupons and bonus items that disappear from your cart for no reason. Forcing you to have to redo orders again and again not to mention easily missed bonuses that aren’t automatically added as the site suggests. The conversion rate must be so low. Please do something about your website!

I like the new cushion foundation, but very disappointed to find that Vienna has been changed in color and is now more yellow than cream. I did not know this when I ordered as it has been reliably the same color for years. It doesn't work for my skin tone now.

I absolutely love Mirenesse products. I was looking everywhere for non-toxic products, and Mirenesse has the added bonus of being Aussie made. I’ve only recently started using their makeup and skincare; they have outstanding customer service, and I’ve already gotten to use loyalty points towards one of my purchases. I can’t wait to see what colours come out next.

I was ill last year and my skin has become very sensitive especially around my eyes. I remember how I used to love everything Mirenesse so I ordered skin and eye creams. They have helped me immensely. I thank you so much I feel like me again
