Minors and Brady Omdömen

Professional and friendly viewing with Lauren from Minors and Brady. Laurens excellent local knowledge and relaxed manner made the whole experience a pleasure.

Minors and brady where really helpful in there service and they respond very quick to any property's you wish to view / enquire about.
I would like to say a thank you to Jaime Paul for his help and showing me round the probertys, he was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble and he would answer any questions you may have and if he wasnt sure he will find out. And I liked his relax way of viewing probertys. There was no pushy sales talk it was just straight forward viewing and then the customer decides. Keep up the good work Jaime ! Your a good asset.
And thank you.

I recommend this agent very much as the service and support on the phone is really helpful.

Very happy with Minors and Brady, shout out to Rich Gray for his help. Cheers guys

Cannot praise minors and brady highly enough from the 1st point of contact by Sarah in the Caister office through to completion. Was updated constantly, the progressors Daniel and asha was calling both solicitors on a regular basis to ensure it was completed on time to meet buyers deadline. Defiantly would recmernd

I met with Jamie for the viewings on a couple of properties he was really knowledgeable and gave me a good insight to the area.

Had the most INCREDIBLE experience with Minors and Brady! With constant communication, speedy replies and frequent updates they have made buying a house so simple and as stress free as possible. Specifically Adam who helped us round every corner and made this experience so exciting! Thankyou so much! couldn't recommend more!

From the start Minors and Brady have been excellent to deal with.

A first mention to Stuart Ellis and the BSE branch when we we first listed our home, the communication was excellent and they provided a high quality service.

Our home sold quickly and once we progressed to the conveyancing process our Aftersales Progressor Aysegul Capti looked after us incredibly well, making sure we were kept informed at each step of the way and helping keep things on track.

The service we have received from Minors and Brady put other agents we have had dealings with in the past to shame and if we would have no hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending them to friends and family members.

Thank you so much to Aysegul for all your hard work in ensuring that my house sale went through smoothly. Your communication was exception and your patience was greatly appreciated. If you are lucky enough to be given Aysegul as your aftersales assistant, you will be in great hands.

After a difficult few years of house sales falling through, I can not be more grateful to Aysegul for her incredible work ensuring both our house sales went through successfully. Selling two homes, one as part of a chain, meant that there were many plates to juggle and lots of people to keep informed and chase. Aysegul's communication with us was outstanding and really helped to reassure us throughout that she was there to ensure that we would finally be successful in selling our homes. She was always at the end of the phone and responded to emails, many times, within minutes of them being sent. She also showed great kindness and compassion throughout and was so supportive. I can not recommend Minors and Brady more, as they have the most incredible after sales person in Aysegul. My thanks too to Dan who ensured we were given the best person to get our house sold.

Lauren was polite, happy to help with my questions , patient while I measured up .

We can’t thank Minors & Brady enough for helping us move into our dream home. From start to finish, the whole team has been absolutely fantastic.

A special mention to the Oulton Broad office team, who were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. We felt supported every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

A particular thank you to Jamie, who showed us around our new home and made the experience so enjoyable, and to Claire from the aftercare team for her fantastic weekly updates and communication. Knowing we were kept informed throughout the aftercare process made such a difference.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely committed to making the whole experience as smooth as possible. We’re about to settle into our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier.

Thank you to everyone at Minors & Brady — especially the Oulton Broad team — for making such an important milestone in our lives such a positive experience. Highly recommended! 🏡❤️

Minors & Brady were so helpful. Samuel Carpenter was on top of it and kept me updated at all times which was really appreciated- made the process much less stressful and a whole lot smoother. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks all!

Sam was very helpful during our student house move-in and made the process smooth.

After having secured a property, I was handed over to Brooklyn Smith for my move and he was Brilliant. Always really understanding, helpful and on the ball with things. Really happy with his service.

Jamie Paul was very polite and answered all my question on all 3 properties I viewed recently with Minors and Brady, was patient with all the question I had😁, and prepared all details for each of the properties I was interested and viewed. He took his time to explain everything I asked for. Thank you Jamie!

A massive thank you to Samuel Carpenter for his help!! We're students who are renting for the first time so safe to say we knew nothing, but Samuel made the process simple and easy. Recommend to first time and people who have rented before

Brooklyn Smith who managed my tenancy set up was very helpful and kind especially when the experience I was having with Goodlord was the opposite of kind and helpful and he stepped into ensure referencing got completed in time for the move. He was always friendly to speak to and even dealt well with my letting off some steam about Goodlord! I wish him well in his future career.

I cannot thank Holly at Minors and Brady enough for the kindness, understanding and support she has shown me throughout my tenancy. She has always been approachable, patient and genuinely caring.

I have also been incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful landlord who has been understanding, considerate and tended to any maintaince work l raised no matter how silly it sounded 🤭throughout my time in the property.

I left with nothing but gratitude for the positive experience I have had. Holly is truly a credit to Minors and Brady and I would recommend both her and the company. Thank you Holly, for everythingit has meant more than you know.
