sono un vostro cliente e vi scrivo per segnalare un problema con un prodotto acquistato presso il vostro negozio Miniso.
Ho comprato una bottiglia/lattina di Coca-Cola cinese aromatizzata alla pesca e, una volta aperta, ho notato un odore insolito. Pensando fosse dovuto al gusto particolare, l’ho comunque assaggiata. Solo dopo ho controllato la confezione e ho scoperto che il prodotto era scaduto da oltre un anno.
Credo sia molto importante prestare attenzione a questi dettagli, perché la vendita di prodotti scaduti può comportare rischi per la salute dei consumatori.
Vi chiedo cortesemente di verificare la situazione e di considerare un rimborso o una sostituzione, oltre a un controllo degli altri prodotti sugli scaffali per evitare ulteriori casi simili.
Resto in attesa di un vostro riscontro.

Atrocious service for online purchase
My 12 year old ordered several items from the website. The order was shipped short 2 out of 5 items. I have tried to contact 3 times now via email, webform and phone with no response. Terrible way to treat their young customer base.

For context i was looking for a Wireless Headset with microphone specifically at SM Urdanet City, MINISO located on the second floor, and i was very disappointed by the lack of assistance, i was asking very politely and kindly to the person who was working on the register if the headset has a mic on it, and her respond was (yes it has a mic), and i asked again politely if where is the microphone, and the resposnd i get was (its there), well when i fanally bought the headset there was no microphone and i was really disappointed, the woman on front desk was so rude and lacks costumer service, lacks of giving any information detail about the products.

Bought a number of things off the Miniso website in the sale including 2 x plastic bento boxes.
They arrived damaged as they chucked them in a non padded post bag wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap. I took the items back to my local miniso shop in Bristol and they refused to help saying it is store policy that all returns have to be handled via the website.
I called the number several times - no answer and left 3 messages but never received a call back. I've now been emailing for an entire month.
Each time I get told they will refund me, or they have refunded me - but still no refund showing on my credit card statement. It's unbelievable! They keep saying their manager is looking into it. I've said I want to pursue it as a formal complaint now but again it has just been forwarded to an unnamed manager.
How hard is it to send a refund? I will never shop with them again.

One should never buy anything from Miniso especially from C G road Ahmedabad. Staff is so rude, they even don't know how to talk with customers and they have no fear of anything just told me do whatever you want to do and the costomer sport number is given in your bill so do call on that but strangely no one is answering the call, maybe they know this that's why they are so fearless. Such disgusting customer service.

Their value for customer satisfaction is Zero, the staff is rude and impossible to communicate.
Their goods are damaged and they have no exchange policy or refund policy as er thier website.
The store manger at pavilion is irresponsible and blames the custom with seeing things through.
I have already email and put up complaint 6 times already and still there is no response from their end inspite to them giving us promises.

I guess customer service has changed since the last time I worked in it. You are allowed to be rude to your customers. Set up a display in the middle of the day in front of the store, but no customers are allowed to touch the product.
But God forbid I go talk to a manager about one of their employees being rude to me. They are just as rude and ill-mannered as their employees.
Someone needs to do something about this store.

Ordered 5 items but only 4 delivered. Emailed their customer service team and got no reply back. Still awaiting the 5th item.
Avoid this terrible shop
Such a terrible experience. They had this "Sale" on their website and I ordered a number of items. Then about 4 days later they emailed me "regarding the cancellation of my items". I advised that I didn't cancel anything and they said that many of the items were no longer in stock so they cancelled most of the order.
I then asked how longer until the remaining items would ship and I waited... I emailed again and again no response. I emailed several times and no one had the courtesy to ever respond.
Finally, the items did arrive and some were missing and the ones that arrived in a badly packed shoddy box and the items were all very low quality. I emailed to advise that some items were missing and what a dreadful service and surprise, surprise, still no one has responded to my emails.
A truly dire experience. Definitely avoid this shop.

In qutaisi minisos workers workers are really mean and when you wanna buy something so of course you have to test it so when you pick up the tester they yell at you.
I have no words.
I just don't understand the sudden change of pace towards the main audience MINISO is trying to attract.. is it adults or is it kids? Can make up your mind or not?
The products can be faulty at times when chosen wrongly, so its best to just buy a plushie or something, but most likely even a plush would suck after a while.
Though, the WORST part about it is the BLIND BOXES, cause those things are literally the influence of young gambling, if you don't get the one you want in the first box, then you'll be tempted to buy more and more until your money run out.
Staff members usually block the way when restocking, most of them look tired/unpleased when working with the customers overall.

Acquisto effettuato ieri 13 febbraio da mio marito....mi ha raccontato com'è andata....e di mio marito mi fido perché anche se giovane è ancora vecchio stampo! Accoglienza con un sorriso e quanto ha chiesto consiglio sono state fantastiche....questo in corso Mortara a Torino nord! Invece per Torino al To Dreams....un po' meno bene....xchè ragazze un po' musone e non per niente accoglienti....e poi al mattino avevamo chiamato per un articolo chiedendo se era disponibile dando ok ma arrivando lì non era PRESENTE.....

Leuke spullen, maar helaas Primark kwaliteit. Wordt gemaakt in China en voor veel geld verkocht. Een donut poppetje van 3 centimeter, wordt verkocht voor 6 euro. Ik ga daar niks kopen.
