Excellent service. I have just ordered from this company for the first time. Excellent fast service and a quality product at a good price. Very very helpful
I didn’t know what thread thickness I needed but there customer service responded very quickly to an email query and was very helpful despite the order being under £3. I went on and added to the order with the confidence I was buying what I needed.

Great supplier - especially twill tape
A minor hiccup with website was immediately sorted out and the order processed and arrived incredibly fast. Packaging was solid and designed to go through letterbox. The ribbons/braids were true to description, colours on site (despite my laptop screen) and the prices were excellent. The free sample ribbons have now meant that I am going to be ordering again soon - too tempting...
