I just received my advent calendar, and was very excited to open it and have a sneak peak, AND send you an email of gratitude.

To say I am disappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!

It is absolutely NOTHING like the link that you supplied me with, and how it could possibly normally be worth $200 defies logic. Well it clearly is not, as it is nothing like what is pictured, how it could be even better in quality than the original one was simply sales talk and scares me into what I might have originally received.

It is a cardboard advent calendar, just like any other advent calendar (not a beautifully crafted woodend design), with PICTURES of doors on it, not ones that OPEN to a fun surprise every morning. There is not a light in sight and certainly no miniature houses or trees. It is NOT refillable, reusable or could be kept looking beautiful year after year. It is just like any other advent calendar, once opened it will be discarded at the end of the christmas period.

The main disappointment for me is when I give this to my granddaughter. She will not know any different, BUT I WILL, and she WOULD have adored what WAS going to be a lovely advent calendar for years to come.

Where I would have been delighted to post amazing reviews, you can now look forward to scathing reviews, which in the end may not count for much.

Perhaps you are just an AI response, it is impossible to tell these days, but you seemed to be so lovely with your apparent desire to be of help. How I was fooled!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I'm sure it's a scam shop. Never received my item, didn't response from emails or Web live chat. I'm guessing I'll never see that money again because it doesn't look like they are refunding me soon. Extremely poor.

Ordered before Xmas 24. No minis after 2 months and no reply to emails. Went through chargeback with my bank to get refund which company challenging. Unbelievable !. Please avoid as they are the worst.

Absolutely awful! I ordered on the 14th December 2024 and as of 06/01/25 I have not had a single email or form of communication to say my order is on its way. I have emailed and rang 3 and 4 times respectively and had nothing back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I’m honestly appalled and if I could I’d give even less stars

Arrived in good time. Bought as gift for my dog groomer. Good quality product. Happy with my experience all round.

I purchased a custom board game table from this store (Jennifer Murray) in late July of 2023. I had much communication and even a discord call with her to talk details about the table, which was supposed to be a 30th birthday gift for my partner. It seemed like progress was going well, but in early August of 2023 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. In the proceeding months with surgery and chemo I lost track of the progress, and when I attempted to contact her again after my treatment was done I was completely ghosted. I never received anything from the store, and tried contacting her through multiple channels with no response. Do not purchase anything from this store it is a huge scam, and she took advantage of me in an extremely vulnerable part of my life. I'll probably never get that money back.

I made an order at the start of August and didn’t hear anything- no dispatch notice or anything. So I emailed the email I was given twice with no response.

One item in the order was a present so I ordered in what I thought was plenty of time.

When I still recieved no answer after the second email, I contacted their live chat and no response was given on that - I gave up after 12 hours.

Finally got a dispatch notice after almost two weeks and what was supposed to be next day delivery…been waiting three days now for that.

Abysmal service from the get go.

Today I got an email and shipping update! hooray!
I work on a good-faith mindset and in the email Minimegastore has said there was a shoplifting during a convention so I'm going to go ahead and believe them.

However.

You need to be transparent with your customers.

You've previously stated you're a low-staff shop and again, on good-faith, I believe you. But you can't leave people spending a whole lot of money in the dark ESPECIALLY when they try to contact you in several ways (not just me but other reviewers have said they've tried and failed)

You need to hire a media manager. Full stop.

Thank you for the extra minis and apology, but please - for the sake of GMs and players alike - get some more staff.

2 stars because I got my first order in a timely manner. Good quality, no complaints, bit weird the shirt came seperately but whatever.

So I thought I'd get gifts for my dnd party and spent £64.06.
I figured it might be an issue with buying a 'buy more and save' item or possibly the edible items... HOWEVER I've emailed twice, sent a message via the website's 'contact us' form, and tried to get in contact via the pop up chat thing. Nothing.

That was on 18/07/2024. It is now 21/08/2024

At this point, just give me a refund so I can get the exact same items elsewhere. I'm sick of the lack of communication and transparency

My sister placed an order for Christmas 2023, as of 13/06/2024 it is still considered "Preparing for Shipping"
There has been zero communication from the owner, have tried emails, using the chat on the website and calling the number on the website. Radio silence throughout but still recieve marketing emails from them!!

Don't waste your money on this,

My order never arrived as Evri did not attempt to deliver and returned the parcel. this company then would not answer any email, or their contact us form. Do not use they will be no help, find any other store.

Spent over £50, never received the products and no communication through any of the methods of contact. Do not use.

Ordered £63 of models at the end of May under 48hr delivery. No updates, no respoinses to 5 contact attempts over 3 different methods. Have requested chargeback from bank and involved consumer protection. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Placed an order but still have not received the order. No communication or news from them, wouldn't mind if I didn't spend almost 60 pounds on a few items. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Placed an order, the site took my money and offered "48 hour delivery." Well, it has now been 10 days and the order hasn't even shipped. I have emailed twice to ask for an update on when I'm likely to receive the order, but haven't received a reply. I really should have read reviews before I ordered. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is, which is what I think has happened here.

I ordered miniatures from Mini Megastore two months ago, spent £113, and i have still not received my order. I have emailed them twice during this two month period and have not received a response and i have not received any communication from them to explain the long wait either. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: my order finally arrived, received the 20ish miniatures that I ordered and they only threw in 4 bases for them to go on... tells you everything you need to know really. quality of the miniatures are good but won't be ordering from them again.

I bought some items expecting the 48hr delivery. After ten days I contacted the customer service but no response, and after reading previous reviews I suspected my money was lost. However I did receive my models! Just three weeks after ordering them.
The models themselves are exactly like advertised and really pleased with them, good quality and there was so much variety on the website. Just a shame they took so long.

As it isn't possible to leave a 0 star review, or even a negative score review, a 1 star will have to do.
If this is a scam website, it is a good one. If it is a legit website then the customer service and business pride is as lacking as the items it dispatches.

I have had similar issues as others. I placed an order before the new year, expected it delivered as received an email saying it was dispatched the following day. It has been 2 weeks now, I have emailed sales at minimegastore.com, jen at minimegastore.com three time and used their online contact us form but have had no communication regarding my order.
I would recommend not using this company as they do not deliver their products nor communicate with their customers.

Scam site.
Placed order with 48hr delivery.
Didn’t receive package and am
