Payment taken - no delivery, no product, no response to emails

I ordered a rug several weeks ago. The first issue is that the price they advertised on the website was not the price I paid. At checkout, an additional £68 was added in tax. This should have been my red flag. I paid. Since then, no rug, no response to emails, phone number unavailable. I have ordered from them in the past and they were great. Now I feel like I have been scammed.

placed two orders. one never arrived and they have no proof, the other was incomplete and damaged.
many e mails no meaningful replies and phone number is always busy and I mean always.

I ordered 2 cushions in July

I ordered 2 cushions in July. I still have not received them. I called their number and tried every option to speak to someone but just got referred to voice recording telling me to email. I have emailed 3 times since with no response. They have even had the audacity to send me a link to review my cushions! Feel like I am being scammed and will be contacting trading standards. Will not touch this company again. Such a shame as the products on their site was possible purchases in the near future

Express order of wallpaper samples took…

Express order of wallpaper samples took 6 days to arrive, tried to call to discuss an order that would have been around £4000 and nobody available to talk. Just an email address. Quality of the papers, which were two colour variations of same, differed vastly with one seeming whole and the other, an optical illusion.
You can’t charge real prices and not offer real customer service.

No contact after paying

I placed an order, I payed but I do.'t get an confirmation of my order. I can't find it in my account as well. So I called several times, but nobody picks up the phone. So I send an email but got no reaction.

As explained via email your order did not complete because your card was blocked by your bank. We did not get any order from you and nothing was processed. No payment was ever taken from your bank according to our system. I have emailed you about this and advised that you get in touch with your bank to ensure that any payments you make are honoured.
After we sent your the email informing your about the issue with your bank, we have not heard back from you other than this review you have placed. While its regretable that you could not place your order on our website, you must appreciate this in something outside our control. Online fraud is on the high and banks now put in place very stringent processes that are aimed at combating fraud. Its normal for your bank to request you to confirm if an online purchase is authentic. Without getting this cleared with your bank any online purchase you might make would be declined.
Thank you for your understanding and hopefully you can get this resolved and we look forward to seeing you order.

Fantastic customer service

Contacted Mineheart as in our house move the little arms and the locking screw off some plate clocks that we’d bought from then had been lost and asked about buying replacement parts. A lovely lady called vanessa sourced them in the warehouse, phoned me back to tell me and then sent them in the post free of charge. What wonderful first class customer service, I’m very grateful. Thank you so much, my clocks are now again complete and can tell the time.

ABYSMAL - Product (not) has now been received ordered 4.5months ago. False promises of delivery.

I ordered some material from mine heart on 8th Nov 2022. Despite numerous telephone calls, mails and false promises I have still not received this item. Its an expensive product however their lack of customer service and poor communication is cheap. Angry and will not use this company again.

Eventually received the fabric with an extra metre thrown in for the inconvenience caused.

I understand supplier issues that are beyond the brand control. The total lack of proactive communication to waiting customers was however within your control. If you had picked up the phone to call and advise me then perhaps the mounting frustration with late delivery could have been alleviated. Its not hard, talk to people because when customers are chasing you, you've already annoyed them!
Hope your supplier issues are now fixed.

I appreciate the delay on your order wasn't pleasant and is something that does not reflect our overall service. The issue with the fabric was a raw material supplier issue that was beyond our control. Our Fabric was sourced abroad and with the global supply disruptions post COVID our supplier was no longer able to supply the material so we had to resort to an alternative supplier but this process was not smooth as the product quality they kept supplying us was something we were not happy to sent to our customers. Our quality control could not approve the product so we had to have this reproduced a couple of times before we finally were 100% happy with the final product. I completely understand my response does not really help your situation but i felt it was important to give context of the issues so as to preserve our brand integrity. We dont use Truspilot as our official reviews platform but its unfortunate that a very few of our not-so-happy customers always end up posting negatively about our business on truspilot.

Sadly disappointed

Not too pleased with the wallpaper I ordered, the decorators had issues putting it up partly because an issue with the smooth paper. The customer service experience wasn’t pleasant, with a member of the stuff visibly agitated, not really listening to what I was saying (talking over) and keeping repeating that our builders did a “crappy job”. They offered a 60% discount on a new batch but, given the poor experience, I’ve decided to use a different company.

Terrible customer services.

I bought a lamp on December 29th with a scheduled delivery date for the next day. It didn’t arrive. After numerous unanswered emails I called them on January 10th to be told it was out of stock. They told me they had stock arriving at the end of the month. February arrives with no communication and no lamp. To cut a long story short, I was promised a refund ten days ago. Still no refund. Still no communication after contacting. It saddens me out of principal I can’t use them again.

Firstly your initial disappointment appears to the be due to the fact that you were responded to much later after your purchase which was on December 29th. As you would appreciate we close for Chirstmas and only return to work on the 5th of Januray, at the time, this will have been publicised on our website. It is for this reason why your would have not been able to speak to anyone or get a response until the 10th of January. Few days after ofificla y opening after the Christmas holidays. In our response we advised you that we had so many orders for the product you had ordered and we were unable to fulfil it however we were anticipating getting our new orders possibly at the end of Janaury. Unfortunately with or the disruptions on Global supply chain at the time, we did not receive our stock but we emailed to advice you of this and a refund was made to you on the 2nd of March. I appreciate this was not the outcome you would have been expecting but I belive our team did everything they could to keep you informed timely and once you decided you wanted a refund we processed that for you. Once again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

Small issue very quickly resolved

I ordered a beautiful chair from Mineheart. There was a small issue with the paintwork. I was in touch with Mineheart who immediately sent out a replacement which was perfect. Things happen and it's great when a company responds quickly and effectively. Excellent service and I love my chair.
