Did you opened a ticket on the support ?
Because it's the reason that we propose different Datacenter location, to improve your latency.
Maybe your internet service provider had a bad network peering with the datacenter that you selected, in this case we credit tokens on your account to allow your to order a new server to an other datacenter, and if you still have the problem, we refund you.
Nice Host
I have used this website 2 times and both times got a very powerful server for a very good price, perfect for big servers o small servers with lots of mods.

Only good impressions
This is not the first time I need to rent a server for my Minecraft build, so I approached the choice of hosting very seriously. I needed a machine that could pull a fairly heavy mod build and "Minecraft-hosting.pro" were able to meet my needs!
The wide selection and fine configuration emphasizes the level of this service, and the support team always responds without making me wait long.
"Minecraft-hosting.pro" definitely deserves my recommendation! Thank you very much!

Problems solved and really nice support !
Having encountered problems on my server, support came to my server. I was initially scared because I thought it was a random person on my private server. I have whitelist but hey, I understood after that it was an administrator. He then helped me and fixed the problem! Thank you !
