Mimeo for 7 years…
We have been using Mimeo for 7 years for all of our student workbook printing. Very pleased with the printing and shipping process. Customer service is very responsive.

Terrible experience with customer service
The system I work for sent this company a check in error, meaning that we owed them no money. They then cashed the check, never contacted us, and now trying to get that refunded has been nothing but trouble.

Mimeo is Useful
We use Mimeo for printing our training manuals and other documents. The documents are easy to upload and easy to order. The printing and shipping is always on time, sometimes earlier than promised. We find Mimeo very useful.

Mimeo has worked out well for our team
Mimeo has worked out well for our team. The team has been a user of Mimeo for about 10 years. In that time we only had two incidents where orders were lost. The Mimeo customer relations group did an excellent job resolving both situations. I'm extremely happy with the Mimeo Print services group.

Great service and on-time deliveries; Customer service is also very supportive and responsive ...
One note though, I find it confusing to order for example 4 student books and your confirmation to state only student kit qty 1 (not making it precise how much books the kit contains) and than I have to double-check with customer service if order is placed with correct quantity, which is extra time.

The copies looked great
The copies looked great! However, they were delivered to the house next door (not your fault) and the papers fell out of the binder, because it was such a tight fit in the box, I had to pry it out. The papers were not secure in the rings (again, not your fault, you don't have time to insert copies into binders) but it took quite awhile to get it all back in order.
