It was necessary to refresh my screen for every step of the process so it took 2.5 hours to order the manuals vs 10-15 mins. Your website needs some serious updating and maintenance. Otherwise, the usual.

I put in two orders this week and both orders arrived late. One was one day late and the other order was two days late which meant it didn't arrive in time for an important meeting. This is NOT acceptable. If you cannot guarantee the shipping times set out on your website then I will be forced to look for a different printer.

No one contacted me regarding my account question and concerns.

Issues on website would allow me to make changes to my document, but I could not save the update. Live chat was not overly helpful.

Update: Mimeo customer support reached out very quickly to resolve my issue. They provided an update that the website issue was resolved, and helped to expedite my order. Kudos to Mimeo for resolving this experience.

I love using the Mimeo website to create the perfect printing project. The telephone support staff is exceptional--friendly, courteous, supportive, patient. This is truly an extraordinary company in terms of product, cost, turnaround time and customer relations. If the rest of the world were of the standard of Mimeo, the human race would be in a far better place.

I have been using Mimeo for my company's training program for 7 months. They have never disappointed. Everything comes packaged well and looks fantastic. Customer Service is great and very helpful. I have never had any complaints about Mimeo. I would highly encourage any company or anyone to use Mimeo as they do a fantastic job.

One you get used to the software, it works well. The shipping is very expensive and misleading in that you are made to pay a higher rate because the system makes you think it will take longer to get your order than it ever does. Mimeo could be more helpful about that.

Bo and the rest of the team are great. There was a learning curve to utilizing MImeo, but once the initial hurdles were squared away things went smoothly.

We have been doing business with Mimeo for at least 14 years. In that time we had two mishaps. That's right, just two. Great service; we look no further for our large printing needs.
