Millingtons Removals and Storage Omdömen

Great communication, great price, the guys who moved us where so quick and made sure everything was placed in the correct room upon arrival in our new home. Would highly recommend.

Our office recently underwent a relocation, for which we engaged the services of Millingtons Removals. The overall experience was outstanding from beginning to end.
The team proved to be both approachable and highly skilled. Their experience was evident throughout the process, as they managed each aspect of the move with confidence and expertise.
One of the most impressive aspects was the efficiency with which Millingtons Removals operated. They managed to complete the entire relocation far more quickly than we had anticipated, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Thanks to their professionalism and clear communication, what could have been a stressful experience was made straightforward and well managed. Their approach ensured that the move proceeded smoothly, with minimal disruption to our operations.
Based on this positive experience, I would readily recommend Millingtons Removals to anyone planning a move. Their commitment to service and efficiency is highly commendable.

From beginning to end Millingtons made the moving experience so easy. They came round to assess how much I was moving and provided all the packing equipment I would need. On moving day, the two guys that came were amazing and kept up a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again if moving in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to move around the Milton Keynes area.

Steve, Harrison and the rest of the team did a great job thanks. They were all very polite, courteous, professional and hard working. Andy had to put up with numerous changes to our move dates, but his communication and understanding was excellent. I'd thoroughly recommend Andy and his team at Millingtons for your next move. Cheers

Could not recommend Andy and his team more highly. Worked with us and were flexible over moving date. Professional, efficient, helpful.

Dealt with a short move around the corner for our industrial premises including office an warehouse. Good bunch of guys, who worked hard to meet our tight deadline.
Fair price also, can certainly recommend.

Andy and his team are exceptional. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The team from packing prior to move then unpacking at our new house were absolutely fantastic. Kept me informed throughout , nothing was too much bother for them .
An amazing team - special shout out to Steve , Kai , Adam and Luke you are the best !!! I didn’t want them to leave !!!
What a great team you have . If I can I will recommend Millingtons to Friends in MK who are thinking of moving. Cheers to a great team 😎😎😎😎. Lynne

Excellent home moving service from the first contact to the last item off the van on moving day.
Worth every penny for the work provided, the speed our house was loaded and unloaded was amazing, yet it was all done with such care and efficiency.
They clearly work well together and as a team.

Kai and the team were first class, nothing was too much trouble and they made the entire process as painless as it could possibly have been.

Great service all round from packing up the old house to unpacking at the new property would highly recommend.

Super helpful company, we used clearing storage and removals and each part has been brilliant. The team are helpful and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We chose Millingtons for our removal from Milton Keynes to Norfolk. Our buyers kept changing the dates on which they were able to complete and we had to apologise for this to Millingtons, who patiently accommodated several delays to moving. We were very grateful to Millingtons for this.
When removal day came, the crew did a great job, working hard to load all our stuff, carefully, following all instructions on where to offload in the new home.
In summary Millingtons did a fantastic job, at a good price and we would recommend the company to anyone moving within or from Milton Keynes.

The team at Millington's removals were super friendly, hard working, due diligent and provided brilliant customer service. I would totally use them again and recommend them.

We were recommended Millingtons by at least 7 people and this is our turn to recommend them! Friendly, efficient, highly professional; Andy and the whole team were a pleasure to work with and our big move from MK to West Sussex went really smoothly.

I only had a few bits of furniture and a number of boxes and garden items to be moved but Millingtons couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in arranging a suitable date. The actual move was completed really efficiently by friendly, helpful staff. An excellent service.

Excellent service all round from Andy and his team. We moved my Mum from a large family detached house to a small flat and were very happy with the service. Andy’s very quick to respond to questions and his team were excellent on the day, very helpful and in a good mood all day despite having to work later to get to the job done

Andy was great from the start. He was friendly, professional and very patient when our chain fell through twice. He was always understanding about changing dates and communicated clearly and quickly throughout, which really helped during a stressful time.

On moving day the team were polite and worked hard, but there were a few issues. A brand new storage box was broken without acknowledgement, there were scuff marks and damage to our stairwell walls, and protective sheets on carpet weren’t consistently used. The beds were also poorly reassembled, with missing and cross-threaded screws, leaving the beds in an unsafe and unstable state, requiring use to fix them with new parts.

We understand moving days are long and busy, but the care and attention to detail didn’t quite match our expectations. Andy did respond professionally to our feedback afterwards, which we appreciated.

Overall, good communication and customer service, with some room for improvement on execution. Would still use them again, despite the issues.

Millingtons were recommended to us by our estate agent, and for good reason - They are fabulous at what they do!

From our initial contact with Andy for our quote, right through to moving day, nothing was too much hassle despite the hiccups and date changes we had along the way.

We utilised the packing service which was done the day before moving day, and the 2 gentlemen that packed our 4-bedroom house did a superb job in under 5 hours. On moving day, the team arrived at 8am sharp, were extremely fast and efficient at loading the vans, and delivered their service with a smile.

Andy and his team are professional, efficient and extremely hard working. They were respectful of our property, and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Millingtons Removals in a heartbeat and would use them without hesitation if I needed to move house again!
