Millets - Woking Omdömen 

The staff working at the Woking branch provide an excellent service. During my last visit, Kai, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable on all products which interested me, and he provided great customer service. I will definitely be back when I’m looking to buy other products.

I went in for new walking boots and Kai was very helpful with information about the different boots and their benefits, appreciating I've been happy with a particular brand in the past.

Leah is an exceptionally good salesperson! She understood my needs and financial limits and worked with me to find the perfect hiking boots!!

I had a wonderful experience today at the Woking branch of Millets. The young man who assisted me, Kai, was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was eager to help me find the right sleeping bag for my son. Although the one I initially wanted was too large, Kai suggested the perfect alternative, which was also on sale. I truly appreciate his assistance and the excellent customer service he provided. A big thank you to Kai for making my visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Went back and Kai helped us again with more equipment so my son can complete his silver DoE. Kai gave us options and reasons why to pick either options, highly recommend visiting the woking branch, as all staff are polite and very helpful.

I went to Millets to find a pair of walking boots. I was helped by a very efficient sales assistant called Leah. Leah was very knowledgeable about the product ranges on offer and helped me with a couple of items I wanted to try. Throughout Leah was very polite, helpful and customer focussed. I don’t think there is anything else she could have done to make my visit any better. I walked away after buying a pair of Merrell walking boots for me and a polar chute as a gift for my wife.

Sarah the sales assistant approached me when she saw my indecisiveness over choosing travel towels. She gave me some good advice on the products as well as the offers. So I got the right product at a cheaper price….very happy

I came into the Woking store today looking for walking trousers. Sarah was extremely helpful, with me trying on different makes and sizes . Thank you Sarah .
I left with two pairs of trousers , two tops , I showerproof top, winter cloves, toe warmer and a pair of walking boots . Great service and thank you .
