I ordered two pop art animal canvases and could not be happier with the end result! The design was PERFECT so I can’t comment on how they are with making adjustments but communication was great. Delivery took a few weeks after oking the design (which is expected for such a custom product) so factor that into your timing. The paint brushes weren’t great so we bought our own which is no big deal considering how happy we are with the end result. I have already ordered a third for a gift. We really, really recommend this to everyone.

Don't expect the finished product to be anything you can hang on the wall. The colors were waaaayyy off (cream background wall is three shades of coral; faces of Caucasians are coral; no white teeth; no white fingernail polish). Dozens of outlined areas had no numbers. The numbered paints were not set in numerical order on the pallet, so you had to hunt through 25 colors to find the number you needed.
After completing it, I compared it to the original photo and noticed that four red items in the photo had been numbered for brown. Items that were yellow and bright green in the photo got changed to blue or coral.

Buyer beware!!! I ordered a custom paint by number of my dog. I started to paint it and quickly found out that the colors provided for my dog was pink and peach. My dog is cream and beige. Contacted Mii Creative to complain sending a pic of the painting to them so they could see the colors. They asked me to send them a pic of the canvas and the paint pods. So I did as they requested. They admitted the colors were wrong so after waiting another 6 weeks the revised painting showed up. This time my dog was in colors of green. I then told Mii Creative that it was still wrong and asked them for a refund. Who owns a green dog? They told me they do not provide refunds. So I have no painting and no refund. They however have my money. Very poor service.

I've never painted before, so I didn't know if I would like it, but it was so relaxing! They did a great job with my photo, and painting a subject that is meaningful to me made it even more fun.

I love mii creative kits! They are easy to use no matter what your expertise level, and turn out amazing! My first kit was purchased as a gift that I could paint for my grandmother and it is phenomenal! I loved it so much I bought another kit as soon as I finished it! The quality of the canvas and paints is some of the best I’ve seen on the market.

Absolutely loved my personalised paint by numbers kit. It was so much fun to paint such a wonderful memory and made me feel like an actual artist. Before I was even halfway done I already ordered some more and bought some for presents. Only flaw is the shipping takes 3-4 weeks because of covid.

Do not buy these, the quality is terrible, I ordered one and delivery too a month from China somewhere and the picture of my dog was just given one colour of white. I requested a refund and they refused. They are just mass producing these without any check on quality before they are shipped. Completely overpriced for what you recieve.

Edit : they have now offered me a refund but only if I take the review down. I said I would take down the review once my refund was processed and in my accoun which they refused. They have also blocked me on social media as I was commenting my experience on their ads. Be very careful dealing with this company.

I`ve recived my order and im so happy with everything that`s on the kit.
The shipping was also so fast. Im glad.
The costumer service was excellent, they answered so fast and helped me out with any question or issue i had.

I have just started my painting, which is of my dearly departed, wonderful kitty - 20 years already. I started with his eyes and he has already “come to life” on the canvas. I was so impressed with your company that I bought 2 more as gifts, which they love, and a friend decided right away to order one of her doggo who had just passed. This is such a lovely idea, which you have brought to life with your high quality product. I know I will cherish this painting that I did “all by myself” with your help!! Thank you so much!!

This is my second time purchasing a miicreative and I have not been disappointed! The portrait came out so nice, almost looking like an album cover. My brother absolutely loved it and I look forward to continuing my art gallery of portraits of my dog. The perfect gift, as well as stress reliever for anyone.

My order was delivered today! And I am so thrilled. There was quite a bit of uncertainty on the timeline of receiving my package due to the covid restrictions but MII creative got through and sent me the parcel through all those obstacles! Everything is intact and as expected! I can’t wait to make another order soon!

Miicreative has gone above and beyond helping us with our picture painting project. The picture we sent of our family came back perfect. When I started painting the family numbered picture it was slow and some of the paint became dry. We notified them and worked out a way for them to send me new paint-received it and I am almost finished-thank you-Stephen E. Thorn M.D.

I gave it a 4 i love how the detail of the custom painting is spot on and the only thing is the delivery i wish it could be a little faster but i also like when you ask a question they answer it right away
