My paint-by-number experience was fun, relaxing, and challenging in a good way, and I am very pleased with the product. I'm just starting another one now. Recommend!!

This was my first experience with Mii Creative, and I’m hooked! This is definitely going to be a go-to gift for people in my life now (including as a “gift” to myself!). It was really special getting to paint my retired service dog — something I normally not artistically inclined enough to do had I not had the help of Mii Creative. Their paint is nicely thick, so it covers the printed numbers/lines and your can’t even tell it started off as a paint-by-number!

As a massive added bonus, their customer service is phenomenal. Thanks to a post office mixup, my original order went AWOL, and Mii Creative was so kind in helping me work through the problem and even sent me a replacement painting. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

These paint-by-number kits came out much better than expected. Two of them were derived from 60-year old 3x3 inch black and white photos, cropped and enhanced as well as I could, but still much better than I had hoped for from such degraded shots.

My entire experience with miicreative was wonderful! I wanted to customize one of my photos into a kit last year itself but the pandemic struck. The person from the company was so honest that they asked me to wait for a few months before ordering because they weren’t sure it would reach me safely. And so I did. 🙂 I finally placed the order in December end last year and received my kit after a little more than a month. In fact after placing the order, I realised I wanted the picture brightened a bit and they helped me with that too! Customer support was really outstanding. And the wait was totally acceptable and worth it looking at the conditions. The kit is great! Great packaging I must say. The paint quality was perfect, and I absolutely enjoyed painting mine. I am looking forward to ordering more! Thanks sooooo much for doing what you’ll do!

Ordered 7 custom paint by numbers kits from miicreative and completed 3 so far. I am amazed at the results and the pictures only took 3 days each. Planning on multiple Christmas gifts for my family. Great customer service and tracking information.

I really love the store, customer service, and quality of the products. I have tried several different paint by number companies and I keep on returning to Miicreative because the paint and canvas are of much better quality and my paintings turn out beautifully. They have also been very kind in updating me on my orders and replying to all my queries.

Apart from the excellent quality in terms of the product, the care and attention one receives as a customer of Miicreative is astounding. I have given personalized paint by numbers to friends and family from Miicreative. Each person was thrilled with the gift and the quality of the product. I paint also and in one case had a color of paint that was dry. The customer service at Miicreative was extremely helpful. It turned out that particular piece was purchased elsewhere yet they were attentive in trying to help me anyway!! I will continue to use there paintings myself and for treasured gifts. Had an amazing time completing this. I had ordered a custom kit and it turned out to be as close to the picture as possible. There was also great customer service , even a few months in when I’d gone back to ask about something. Would definitely recommend buying it and I’ll be purchasing another one very soon !

I love this product, I have purchased 3 times for different grandkids as birthday gifts and so far two have loved the gifts (the others birthday isn’t until August). The parents thought it cool, would recommend this product highly!

I ordered 2 paintings from miicreative. It was so nice to paint a picture that I took, a place that had meaning to me. It has also been a very relaxing pass time. The customer service was excellent, when I had a question, the team got back to me very quickly.
Shipping takes a long time. So plan accordingly.
The other thing I thought could be better, is the number is put only on one spot on sometimes winding and complex section, so it is difficult to tell what number some sections may be. The guide is not very useful either as it is a replica of the canvas, just smaller. There were some spots that had no number at all, I had to guess. The second painting I have is landscape but the guide is printed portrait so it is very difficult to compare, it is all distorted.
The overall result is excellent. I am very happy with the finished product.

I purchased a painting from Miicreative and painted it. I was disappointed in some of the colours and lip shape. I contacted them about it and I have received nothing but excellent customer service. So good in fact the other companies could learn from them!! They respond to every email I sent them within 24 hours. They have been polite and very willing to make it right.
They have been open to all my suggestions and been exceptionally generous in solving my problem.
It turned out that my original photo I sent in was very old, before digital photography. So it didn’t copy well. I’ve sent another photo digital this time and they are doing that for me.
In fact I sent a couple of photos and they told me which one would be best in a painting form.
They didn’t rush me to find another photo as I was doing the painting as a gift for a friend. They kept in touch answering all my questions. This is the BEST experience I’ve ever had in making it right for their customer!! Great job Miicreative!

This paint by number experience was excellent! I am an amateur painter and love to play with paints as a means of relaxation. I know I would have never been able to get such a perfect likeness and artistic representation of my sweet little dog. The process they use to convert my photo to canvas and the selection of colors is fabulous! My family and I will always cherish this beautiful piece of artwork. It really redefines the look of a "paint by number!"
