Mighty Campers - Hobart Omdömen 

Staff were very helpful and THL Hobart were very conveniently situated. On road assistance was efficient and friendly.
Clarity re AdBlue refilling needs to be more positive. For people unsure THL could strongly urge users to refill via service station pumps and not with container refills.

Amazing experience from pickup to dropoff.

Yana was extremely helpful and super patient with us newbies who'd never used a camper before

We received excellent service on pick up, with offered add ons to make our drop off easier. We arrived early and were driving off on our adventure only 20mins later after a little check through our camper.

Having the camper was great. It made travelling around easy. Not having to pack everything up all the time when moving from one location to another. The company was amazing and made our pick up and drop off simple. Advising to take full cover which made out experience worry free.

Staff at pick up was not as friendly and welcoming but everything else was great.

The service from Yana and the team was great. The van was a delight to drive

Sophie and Christy are the real stars of Maui/THL. I mainly avoid large corporations but these 2 front personnel were professional and did what they could to provide a good motorhome experience.

Technically had 2 issues, with the house battery not getting charged on the go, and a broken wire that caused charging failure on the grid. Both these issues could have been taken care of, if the tech guy bothered to check. He merely plugged in a new battery and declined to check the charging despite my prompt to do so.

This meant I could not free camp outside of the grid.

Still, I've nothing but praise for the 2 ladies fronting the operation.

Oh yes, the vehicle was not mopped/swept/vacuumed. Was not clean when we got it, but small thing, we did the cleaning ourselves.

Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Staff at both pick up an drop off were lovely and very helpful.

Great experience easy to deal with. Good quality camper. We absolutely loved it. Will be doing again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The people were very friendly however we did not get a hand over at all. The camper and bedding were not particularly clean and we had to clean things ourselves.
The camper itself ran well with no issues.

We had a great time on our trip. Things that could make it better is stickers placed on the hot water switch noting that the black toggle must be in the neutral position than switch the hot water on then switch the degrees on the toggle if this sequence is not followed the hot water will not work. Also a sticker on the drivers door noting: please ensure you open the drivers door once stopped so the vehicle battery does not go flat. Would also be very handy to have a battery jump starter in the camper for the time you did not open the drivers door. Other than those issues that took three days of our holiday to sort the idea of travelling in a mighty camper is fantastic as it has all the things you need. Shower toilet plates sheets blankets and so on. Thank you. Have a great day

Friendly professional service and strait forward process.

There was a fan heater included in the package that was not included with the van. I checked that it was on inclusions list , but was not in van
The van had no other source of heat
No diesel heater
No heat on air conditioning
Was very cold at night
Also the foam seat cushions are very hard to sleep on, needs a better mattress

Very good experience renting camper van for 3 people. Got the euro Apollo. We left the bed in place the whole time. There was a good amount of storage. We tried not to use the bathroom because it often smelled like urine. The sleeping was very comfortable. The linens provided were good - we should not have brought our own towels. Fridge was good size. Driving was fine but travel times are about 25% longer than Google Maps estimates. You just can’t go that fast.
Good experience and we would do it all over again.
The drop off time was 330pm which we could not do, but fortunately the gate was still open so we dropped off the key and left it there.

The camper van was great.
It offered the freedom to visit many different places, on & off grid. It was a pleasure to drive and easy parking. No complicated or lengthy setups - just park and it’s done.
It was comfortable to live in, provided everything required for a few weeks on the road and the freedom to just go with the flow. We were able to really relax, enjoy the van and the places we visited, even in touchy weather, the van was a comfy refuge!
The hire company were easy to deal with & the process was stress free.

Motorhome was in good condition and Tasmania is remarkable!

This was our first time hiring a motor home (towed a caravan around Australia for 5 years). It was great!
We were given a near new motor home which was lovely and clean.
Easy to drive and even in terrible winds didn't feel to much roll. Great experience and will be doing it again!
Would love some more hooks in the bathroom for towels in a 6 berth MH though.
The bed was a bit hard for my old bones but bought a mattress topper from Kmart the after the first night.
Fridge was a great size and excellent for our family. Really enjoyed our 10days.

Our campervan was very clean and hd everything we needed. We had a great time in TAS.

I loved the van and the staff were really helpful.
A bit big brother with the tracking and a bit draconian with your terms, sort of takes the fun out of it. 3 knives forks and spoons (we know its only for 3 people, but we're not kids and how much is cutlery?) and really minimal utensils, no spatula, no small fry pan etc, it's not a cheap price so having it well equipped would have given you 5 stars.
