First class Service

We’ve been working with Midas Communications for nearly a year now, and the impact on our operations has been significant. Midas supplied Starlink internet across our two office locations, vastly improving our connectivity, where traditional broadband solutions have fell short. This reliable, high-speed internet has greatly enhanced our team’s productivity and customer experience.

Additionally, Midas guided us through the Cyber Essentials Plus certification process, ensuring we met the compliance standards required by our government lead clients. Their expertise in cybersecurity has been invaluable, providing us with the tools and support needed to safeguard our data, assets, and users.

Midas also delivers excellent remote IT support services, addressing issues quickly and efficiently, which has significantly reduced downtime and increased our operational efficiency. Thanks to Midas, we now have a more secure, reliable, and future-proof IT infrastructure. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service and expertise.

Great support and assistance

Midas Communications proivide our phone systems and have provided excellent service and support with a recent office move and transition to Teams calling. The support and customer service has been excellent and the solution will have a huge benefit to the business and our staff.

Fantastic company -

We have been using Midas for several years now. After being locked into 4com (hideous company) Midas helped us navigate our way out and set me up with multiple handsets and faultless customer service. I can’t recommend highly enough, we have also just switched our broadband service as Fibre wasn’t available when we moved into our unit. Darren and his team are always on hand ( not that I need him much ) but he pops in from time to time to check in and occasionally brings donuts.

The best switch over we could have…

The best switch over we could have hoped for. We were communicated with throughout the whole process. It was a seamless transition. We had a face to face initial appointment with Darren to explain our needs. Everything we asked for was noted down. On the day of installing the phones, we had the pleasure of being assigned Kurt. He answered all of our questions and installed the wiring whilst we were still running a clinic, he worked around us in such a tidy and considerate manner. So pleased we picked this company.

Avoid worst job I've ever had. Do not waste your time this company needs to shut down. Very high turnover of staff.

Shocking company - worst customer service

Shocking company, very helpful whilst you want to buy their services, customer service absolutely disgusting. Left us holding unwanted equipment and no refund ever provided. Contacted 20 times via email with read and delivery receipts to both Darren and Keith (directors) with no response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS

Hello Tamsin,

We are sorry for the breakdown of our relationship with you, however this review is unfair. The equipment you were left with was fully purchased and owned by you, along with a year-long service contract that you broke after only a couple of months. We cannot, morally or legally, take back equipment that you had paid for, though since the equipment is now yours you can of course dispose of it if you wish.

You will also note that, despite you still being under contract when you left us, we ultimately did not enforce your remaining payment owed even though we continued having to pay our own suppliers for your services during this time.

We do apologize for eventually stopping responses to your emails, however it had become clear at that point that negotiations were not progressing and we did not see any path forward other than letting this relationship end.
