Your fabulous customer service contacted me to make sure that I intended to order a size of mop head that did not go with the mop I ordered. As it happened, I did want two different sizes, but I appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly my order arrived. I could not be happier with your company or products thus far. Professional quality products
Professional quality products, at affordable prices with free shipping. I forgot to buy a few things but customer service was highly responsive and friendly: I got my items all packaged together! The towels are all incredibly absorbent and delicate, from the disposable towels, glass towels, and car towels. The disposable mop pads were exactly what I needed for a tough cleaning project. Every microfiber product is durable for reuse with with proper care, including the disposable towels and mats! Less waste, less effort!

I bought a mop less than a month ago and I'm very disappointed. in the first week the velcro that is in the lower part took off, it is caught by the screws only, and now the cable has caught and does not reduce. I'm upset and I plan on returning this product.
