This company aims to please! Orders are shipped almost immediately and although I've had no issues with the products, I expect they would be just as quick to respond to concerns. I have ordered three times, and have received the same quick response each time.

This entire process was perfect! I spent hours trying to find a company that could accommodate my needs and I happened to watch a YouTube video that featured this company. So I decided to give them a try and I’m glad that I did. I have also referred a friend that has similar needs and she is going to place an order as soon as she gets approval for her logo. Best experience ever!

I have been sourcing custom microfiber towels from Microfiber Wholesale for a couple years now, and have never thought once to look elsewhere. All communications with staff have been great. Quality of products is great. Order turnaround time is great too. All around, a great company to do business with!

Excellent Product Quality & Customer Serice
I have purchased many products from Microfiber Wholesale over the years & have been very satisfied with the quality of both the dust/mop heads as well as the poles. If you have ever purchased a cheap plastic pole, you know why the metal poles and metal mop frames are obviously better. The selection of uFiber tools is excellent - I just purchased the hand trowel & it was exactly what I was looking for. Customer Service is also excellent - on my last order the young lady was able to expedite shipping so I could start cleaning a newly renovated basement apartment. Overall: 5 Stars
