I have just renewed our insurance with MIAB and as always it was a pain free experience. Stuart Woolgar spent time talking through the polices and any changes or recommendations that we might like to consider. He was polite and friendly and really took the time to explain. We also discussed other products and Sturt is helpfully looking into this for me. An excellent provider - I would thoroughly recommend.

Great service from Matthew - I was in a hurry. I got a quick, concise outline of the changes to my policy, and he had prepared answers to the questions that I had emailed him yesterday - up-selling of other products was low pressure, professional and not in my face - much more likely to get a future sale from me with that style - all in all, very good.

Sophie helped with my renewal today she was professional and supportive and took the time to answer my queries, and where she could not advise she passed me to someone who could.

I had Matthew deal with our renewal, and nothing was too much trouble. He had almost pre-empted some of my questions and so gave confidence that he was up to date with latest legislations and risks. He wasn't a pushy salesman, and I felt comfortable that we will receive quotes only for the cover I feel we need. It has been daunting in the past to deal with insurance renewals, however Matthew made it simple and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Matthew for a no-nonsense, fuss free, professional service.

Jacqui Adamson has been very helpful and patient with my enquiry, she explained things very clearly and thoroughly and always kept me informed about the progress of my enquiry and displayed professionalism at all times. This has made my experience pleasant for the first time, without having to go round and round in circles as I have had to in the past with other companies, she spoke very clearly and effectively. She deserves a pay rise :-) !!
