website states fast shipping. not true, in fact item was not even shipped until one week after order placed. this is day 10 and now I can see the shipping process from china just beginning. this means another 7 to 8 days before arriving. that is about 18 days.

🚨 MIA MAIA SELLS HIGH QUALITY COUNTERFEIT GOODS IN DISGUISE AS AUTHENTIC GOODS!!! 🚨
I placed an order of nearly S$300 SGD worth of supposedly AUTHENTIC Rebecca Minkoff 100% genuine leather bags from Mia Maia Luxury Fashion Shop on Shopee Mall with my friend Sky (you will see his review here on Trustpilot too) as wedding gifts!!!
What followed was a nightmare. PLEASE READ AND SHARE so you & your loved ones don't have to experience the pain, frustration & horror we did.
✅️ My friend and I can provide solid evidence of our claims.
• Received counterfeits and verified this by bringing the bags to the brand's Flagship store, checking with the staff and physically comparing the authentic goods to the counterfeit goods I received.
• Documented all evidence and provided the obviously telling proof that the bags are counterfeit including but not limited to:
1. Bags arrived with "YKK" zippers when Rebecca Minkoff bags come with their signature zipper
2. Differences in the brand’s signature hardware logo
3. Bags were either fully unlined or lined with plain black lining, authentic RM bags come lined with Rebecca Minkoff’s signature lining
4. Missing compartments, eg. authentic website states bag should come with 5 card slots, bag only came with 2. Under signature front flap, an entire zipper compartment missing and non existent 😂
5. Authentic bags come with inner lining branded sewn-in label declaring the bag’s material composition etc. The bags I received came with OEM "Made in Italy" / "Made in Bosnia" label. 😂 At the same time, the seller states in his product listing that the item is made in China. They don’t even know where their own "authentic" goods come from. Coooool!
6. The signature chain straps I own of the genuine bags weigh more than 2x of the empty and hollow chains that are attached to the clasp by 'o' rings from this seller.
7. The bags are a terrible replica of leather 😭😂 IT IS LITERALLY MADE OF PU!!! Not even leather of any kind at all!!!!
8. Seller is NOT RESPONSIVE once he received your money and ignores all request for proof of authenticity simply stating "we guarantee". #okcan
9. White bag sent to me was yellow-ed from time, poor storage, dirt, glue...etc
10. Black bag sent to me came apart from the cheap glue used to glue it together 😂😭

Fraudulent website. They will try to get your money as much as they could. They use Hong Kong dollar when charging you even thought on their US website everything was shown in US dollars. So if you are using US bank, they still charge you with HKD and take advantage of the conversion difference. I bought a bag, I even received confirmation email and tracking number. after many days of waiting, I contacted them, they just told me oh due to their system error, the bag is unavailable. they already charged me but when they refunded me back my money, there’s $70 diff!!! Contacted them many times and they just gave me the same answer if they refunded me back with KHD, they can’t control the conversion price... this is ridiculous! Never to buy from there again.
Takes some time to deliver but overall, the experience was excellent.

User-friendly website with easy check-out, quite love to shop there as prices are very competitive than other online shops. Their speedy delivery is also one of the things to be praised.
Ordered men's sweat shirt sent me an women's size. Took them 2 weeks to ship out my item and another 2 weeks for it to delivered! Try to get back to them for return and took them forever to reply! They never want you to return for sure and customer service is awful! I've already return the item to them and I told them to process my refund, they didn't reply again! Well, guess I'll have to call my bank for fraud charge back or else they will never get back to you.
