I needed some advice on my pension and found McCreath phone number on MoneyHelper.org. I had a very useful conversation that was direct and honest. I was adviced on the best way to prepare for retirement and how to invest any savings. I would use them in the future.

I had chat with James recently about my financial planning for the future. He was super helpful, took time to understand what I wanted out of my finances and life and gave me unbiased advice on what to do with my finances. He was honest and wasn't trying to upsell anything - he told me where I was doing well and where I could potentially be doing better. In early July 2022, I spoke to Mr Robin Franke from McCreath Financial Partners in Brighton, East Sussex, about my financial situation and my options in relation to buying my first property. Robin replied to my initial consultation request within 24 hours. When we spoke on the phone, he took the time to patiently answer all my questions in detail and length, and explained all the risks and opportunities I'd face if I bought the specific property I was looking at at the time. As a novice to buying property (or making any kind of big financial investment), I felt very well looked after by Robin. He made sure he made me aware of all the additional questions I would have to ask the seller or any other party who I will have to deal with in the course of the purchase. He also laid down in detail all potential additional costs I have to take into account before making a decision.
