Nowadays everything feels rushed, and too often people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. This time, I wanted to do the opposite and take a moment to say thank you.
From the very beginning, the team at Mew Jewellery brought such warmth, care and closeness to the whole process. This piece meant so much to me personally, and having it ready for a very important date was incredibly significant. They did everything possible and more to make it happen, going above and beyond at every step.
And the final result..pure magic. Not only is the craftsmanship beautiful, but they turned something deeply meaningful into a piece I’ll treasure forever. I’m so grateful for their dedication, talent and genuine care.

NO COMPRÉIS
NO COMPRÉIS! Hice un pedido el día 10 de Marzo, hasta finales de abril no lo recibo (hasta ahí bueno, ellos hablan de que lo hacen a medida y desde 0 y tienen un tiempo estimado de 28 días laborables ... Pero me mandan un anillo grande (no las medidas que compré) y con un pulido que deja mucho que desear... Les escribo un e-mail con la queja y ver una posible solución... Espero, pero no contestan, envío otro, pero siguen sin contestar... Una anillo de 175 euros de una calidad muy cuestionable y encima ni responden. VERGÜENZA

Compré una pulsera a mi novia. En solo 4 meses le han salido manchas negras tanto en las letras como en la pulsera y se esta levantando la capa de oro. Muy mala calidad a precio de oro. No compréis.
