It went downhill
I've been a MeUndies customer for years, and it honestly feels like the company has decided to squeeze every last penny out of customers while letting everything that made them special fall apart.
First: the trunks.
They changed both the material and the cut, and it’s noticeably worse. The fabric feels cheaper, the fit is off, and the overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. These used to be my go-to because they were insanely comfortable — now they feel like a completely different (and much lower-grade) product wearing the same label.
Second: the website redesign.
Canceling or even managing your subscription has become a full-on adventure. Nothing is intuitive, everything is buried, and the whole flow feels like it was redesigned specifically to make you give up halfway. It shouldn’t be harder to cancel underwear than a gym membership.
Third: the pricing games.
Prices are through the roof, and they’re clearly inflated for non-subscribers. Even with their “50% off Christmas sale,” the final price of trunks ends up being basically the same as the subscription — because you still get hit with shipping. So it’s not a real discount; it’s just marketing gymnastics.
Overall, MeUndies feels like a company that decided to push every boundary to maximize profit at the expense of customer experience. They tightened the screws on pricing, cut corners on quality and fit, complicated cancellation, and weakened customer service. In the process, they lost the charm and loyalty that made people love the brand in the first place.
A shame, honestly. I miss the old MeUndies.
Product never arrives, customer service is a joke
This company are absolute scam artists - they take your money, the product never arrives and then they send you around a never ending circle of AI bot “customer service”. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
Would never do business with Meundies
I placed an order with Meundies. The first order never came. I placed two orders one on the first and on the second I wasn’t told until today that they did not have what I had placed that day was out of stock so I had to reach out to them to find out that there was out of stock then on top they have no legitimate phone number for you to talk over the phone. You have to do Customer Service to a text message or email that’s about business then they telling me that accompanied that they use to ship one of our orders but that’s not a legitimate company. They review is a one because people use their own vehicles to deliver packages and they use their phone to snap a picture. Even the company themselves say that they wouldn’t recommend for people to use their company because they use random people to deliver people stuff which some people keep this stuff and don’t deliver but as me Andy supposed to be so professional, why would they use the bottom of the barrel of a delivery company who don’t have a good rating to deliver merchant to people I wouldn’t recommend them and I would never do business with them ever again. I had canceled out my credit card because I had lost my wallet and one of the banks that I had used I canceled them that was an online bank meaning I can’t reopen account that I had closed which Meundies is not trying to be understandingu, but besides that I shouldn’t have to go back-and-forth through a text message with them, but I would never do business with them ever again if you can’t speak to Customer Service over the phone that should be a big red flag the company they use is UNIUN and there is their review. The UniUni is a scam delivery service. Their drivers will mark packages delivered, take a picture, then walk away with the package and report it ``Delivered''. Avoid them. Bad customer service the company they use is UNIUN and there is their review.
I bought many pairs of underwear and…
I bought many pairs of underwear and lounge pants over the last few years, I really loved the product. Recently, they quietly phased out plus sized underwear for women with zero communication to their loyal customers, changed their website (for the worst), started sending tacky marketing emails, and the quality started going downhill. The final straw was jacking up the international shipping cost exponentially. Just cancelled my membership...sad, but just not worth it anymore.

I cannot figure out how to cancel the "subscription" for monthly underwear. I have read every word on their website and there is nothing about canceling anything or returning an order.
I like the funny patterns but who would want 2 bras every month? Not me that's for sure.

WOW! All of these terrible reviews are GARBAGE! Not exactly sure who peed in these peoples Cheerios, but good heavens lighten up people! All these do not reflect my experience at all. The quality of the items are always fantastic, and my whole underwear drawer consists of nothing else. I've only had maybe 1 or 2 issues in the past, and everytime I've reached out they've gone well above and beyond to solve the issue. (Shoutout to Shanaya for this most recent contact).
Don't listen to these other idiots who have nothing better to do than be keyboard warriors and spread fake news about this AWESOME and AMAZING company. Don't let the bastards get you down MeUndies....keep it up! 🧡🧡
They are really bad with shipping
They are really bad with shipping. I ordered something on the 17th and it said it would take 3-5 business days to come in and it’s now the 30th and I still don’t have my package.
They signed me up for a monthly subscription without my permission
I bought two pairs of undies to try out last month. Then I received an email a month later about how my order is getting ready to ship. Funny considering I never signed up for a subscription for underwear. Crappy, very bad quality underwear.

I only ordered last time because you could pick your own colors. I only wanted light colors. They sent colors I didn't order including ttwo pair of dark brown which I would never order.
I never subscribed
I never subscribed, over the past 5 months they’ve said I’ve ordered items. They’ve taken my money with each item being £30-40 each. I’ve lost £150-200 because of them and I havnt even received these orders. I’ve emailed and tried to fix this via the website however was ignored. Not happy at all do not shop here

Look, I understand we've all been spoiled by Amazon's overnight service, but it's been 8 days and I still don't have my package. They ship out of California. This is ridiculous. I get stuff shipped out of China faster than I'm waiting on something from California. I don't know if there's a "I guess get it when you feel like it" option with USPS, but you'd think a company struggling with bad press from sneakily signing people up for subscription services and changing their material and cut to cut costs would at least be able to get it to you in a reasonable amount of time. They used to make good products. Those days are over. Now they just cut every single corner, customers be damned.
Horrible experience with Me Undies
Horrible experience with Me Undies. I ordered from them twice, never recalled signing up for their membership, then discovered I somehow had two membership accounts? This is the biggest scam type membership website I have ever encountered. Their products are not terrible but I hopefully have cancelled all my active memberships now that they scammed me out of over $100 when I really can afford such expensive boxers. Honestly I don’t feel much of a difference between their products and boxer briefs I get at Walmart for 80% less. I also work outside in construction so I think I’m a good candidate to judge their quality. Only thing that is unique about their products are the graphics/patterns. Other than that nothing special for the astronomical price. Hope I helped the greedy CEO buy a new yacht though. Scammer practices 100%.
sizing is way off, underwear feels cheap, uncomfortable
Plus-sized no longer available
I have ordered several pairs of underwear and bras from this company, along with matching dog bandanas and pajamas, with no issues on their plus sizes. The company then apparently decided that their plus sizing was not accurate and pulled 3X and 4X sizing from all their new designs with no communication to their customers. I was looking forward to the new Jurassic Park designs and felt utterly disappointed when they only went up to 2X. When I emailed them for support, I received back a reply that felt very cold, basically telling me that I’d have to wait until the redesign and I’m SOL on any prints released before that. Icing out an entire demographic of paying customers while you “figure things out” is not fair and disappointing from a company that liked to advertise itself as body positive. If you are plus size, you are better off shopping somewhere else.

I don’t know who or what happened to this company. When I bought from them 10 years ago, the quality was amazing! I was a MeUndies house top to bottom. This review is very much reminecient of many others. I took this a step further, I reached out to the CEO Jonathan Shokrian, I wrote to him and I mailed an old pair and a new pair to him and asked him to explain the difference ? As one fit great and one did not, and that's saying it nicely. What he stated " Since launching MeUndies, we have introduced a few new styles and fabrications. Like you, I used to exclusively wear the micro-modal fabric you mentioned, but I've since switched to our Breathe/MoveMe fabric. I find it equally as soft and breathable, and most importantly for me (I have thin legs), it eliminates all riding. " Well, that worked for him - it didn't work for many of the rest of us. This all happened during the terrible fires in LA. Neither he or his staff resolved the issue and I have since moved on to other pairs of underwear - but, based on the change in fabric - no thanks. Ro Nattiv their VP, Operations and I chased each other for about 6 months and when it was done, nothing. It's cheap, and I don't mean inexpensive, I mean cheap : of inferior quality. Can't charge top dollar for things that aren't highest quality. A sad experience :(

I don’t know who or what happened to this company. When I bought from them 10 years ago, the quality was amazing! We were me undies House top to bottom. I just re-ordered an entire new batch for my husband and the quality is insanely different. The underwear peeled after one wash and colors faded. On top of that worst part is after the initial order I saw they had charged me for a whole extra order the next month that I didn’t purchase or authorize. The website is so vague I didn’t know I was signing up for a subscription. Who the hell orders new underwear every month? This is an insane scam! Choose a different underwear company.
Not great but comfy
Comfiest panties ever, but the liners are so big you could see them through cargo pants, and they get gross after 4 washes. I could post a photo but they just get fuzzy and worn after a couple of washes

Canceled Half My Order With no Communication
Don't order from these people. I bought a matching set of undies for me and my boyfriend (which is half of what they advertise for) and they canceled one of the pairs and refunded me immediately. I had to reach out to customer service to figure out what was going on and he told me that it was canceled because it was out of stock. Why let me order it in the first place? They are selling items that aren't even in stock! I wouldn't have ordered if it weren't to get matching pairs, but now I can't even cancel the other pair because they don't allow that. They at least could have given me the option to pick a different pair after the fact instead of canceling without giving me reason. A total waste of time and money.
