Total Shambles
Dont go near this company. I dealt with them when I had a old retired neighbour deliberately banging while I try to sleep. I agreed for soundproofing clips and the material was changed. The director of the company came to see me at my home for a meeting on the day the work was to commence. I spoke to the guys doing the ceiling soundproofing work and found a roll of rubber type material in my bedroom floor I. I then contacted the boss later to ask why he had not spoken to me about the changes to materials. He said that "that it is superior and far better". After the guys fitted this material another workman came and I left him to plaster the ceilings while I went to work. What I found on my return was a bigger shock. I had to look at holes in my ceilings and the utter shambles that was supposed to be plastering. I was in shock at this development. I ended up fighting to get my money back. Considering I was so desperature to a sleeping routine again I let this work go ahead. I was supposed to have sound insulation clips and he changed it to some kind of rubber material alongside heavy duty plasterboard. What a nightmare. Steer clear is my advice.
