Metro eco fitted my new boiler 2 years ago. I had it serviced last year and again today. The guys are always on time, efficient, friendly, helpful and quick. They have always left my house so tidy you would not even know they have been. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends

I don't tend to write reviews but I really felt this company deserved one. From my first contact with this company Dave was very helpful in providing a suitable time for my appointment and gave me full information about their boiler service.
The gas safe engineer Paul arrived at the time agreed and provided an excellent.
He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I strongly recommend this company, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Prompt professional service

Had an EV charger fitted a few years ago by metro eco, who did a great installation. Had them back to perform a health check and replace the type 2 cable as the plug had become damaged. Friendly and professional service.

I had a new induction hob installed by this company. Extremely satisfied customer. Metro eco have done other work at my home and I will continue to use this company.

Fantastic service. I had a new boiler installed. The price was better than more well known companies. The service was the best I’ve had from a tradesman since moving into my house. Apologies I cannot remember the main engineers name but he was very polite and professional despite it being a long hot day for him. He and the gas engineer explained all the technical stuff very well. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

The service from Metro Eco is exceptional providing a great customer response and friendly engineer call out. They provide clear instructions in the service delivery and how to ensure your product is maintained

We waited more than 3 months for them to fix my 91-year-old mother's gas fire. Initially waited weeks for parts to come. They eventually came back and discovered the parts the supplier had sent didn't fit, We then waited more weeks with nothing happening so far as we could see. They did not proactively keep us informed - left us dangling. When I contacted them for updates the answer was 'we're waiting for the parts' and they were frequently offhand and borderline rude in their communication. They finally got it sorted but are now being rude and combative again because I dared to criticise them in this review. Their customer communication is terrible and they have a bad attitude. They claim my mother was delighted with the outcome - she wasn't. She was exhausted, frustrated and anxious from the whole experience.
