Metropolitan Police Omdömen 

In 2019 I reported to the DWP and Met Police that an individual had made multiple claims in my name.
In 2020 on my birthday I had to attend an interview under caution with the DWP.
I was happy to attend as I had evidence to prove that I did not make these claims - especially to be stupid enough to do it in my name.
They mentioned that they had CCTV footage of the individual and recorded calls.
This was good news to me and this was hard evidence proving it wasn't me.
How this individual was able to pass security and claim to be me is a mystery - We look nothing alike...
I chased this up every month with the DWP, Met Police and Action fraud.
All parties were so reluctant to help and there was a lack of urgency.
Despite my reporting and notes on the system till this day 2026... 6 years later the DWP have not done anything about this and have continued to take payment from my wages.
This has caused me a lot of stress over the years especially during Covid where I had to claim - nearly a 3rd of the benefits was taken back by the DWP so I had nothing to live on for the month.
I have started a new Job in the new year and recently had a baby. I made my most recent report last year and have not heard anything back since. This individual is still out there living their best life while a victim has to suffer for their actions. The DWP owes me hundreds back from wages taken from me and some sort of compensation for dragging this in for 6 years. Some people would have killed themselves by now.

Wood green police are a disgrace I been attacked last in in march on the main road around 6 cctv devices exactly where everything happened they deny any footage i did have life treating injury even today I am not healthy I send them later a video with one the attackers sense then no information the refuse to solve the case they dont work for us if you are victim they will do nothing if you do anything small they are to your house fine you or arrest you where is the justice in this country criminal infractors walking free and police doesn't care about you is shocking i cannot belive is real shame on you

They sent me a fixed penality notice and a way to pay so i went to penaltynotice.homeoffice.gov.ukPortalIndex
put in my date of and i keep getting this error message Enter a valid year maybe the police should and the gov uk should check their online services work properly before sending out notices NOT HAPPY

They are all Wayne Couzins - the female POS are either petrified of their male colleagues or part of the abuse. Either way they are enablers. They are all perverts and rapists.

They do a good job. Sadly, they are understaffed and quite often slow to respond.
Due to government restrictions that they are restricted in what they can and cannot do
Quite often don’t have good knowledge of the law
Or try to fob us off ., Not knowing the difference between a civil matter and a lawful matter

The Police are biased in my case. I have been bullied, harassed, assaulted, my mail has been stolen, and my parcels have been stolen during a time when I had no CCTV. I installed CCTV in June 2025. Since then, the CCTV has recorded further incidents, including one in which the son of the neighbour above me dragged my Motor Scooter from the communal area, onto the pavement and just left it there. Another time, it showed her picking up my mail and entering her home with my mail in her hands. The police are now saying that I should stop reporting because it has nothing to do with them. I heard it from them, at my doorstep, a few minutes ago.

Horrible system.

Horrible comments made to people who need help.

Reported a racially-fuelled attack where an abuser entered my house, vandalised and urinated on the floor. The police were "too busy" to dispatch and contacted me via phone 2 days later. After reporting everything and providing pictures, they dismissed the case due to "insufficient evidence, yet they never stepped foot in my house to check on me or the property. The guy literally got off without a warning or anything. A trashy, pathetic organisation full of narcissistic, useless things (they don't even get to be called people).

My car broke down in the middle of a busy road. I called the police, and they arrived in less than five minutes. They helped move my car to a safe place and ensured the situation was handled quickly and professionally.

I’m really thankful to the London Metropolitan Police for their great help and support.

Beyond useless really - £10k worth of items stolen from our company van in London -Met gave us a crime ref number. A few days later found all items for sale on ebay most showing OUR serial numbers, notified the Police again and again over weeks - 5 months later all items have eventually sold. No police follow up, ebay and the police just continued to leave them on there until they all sold. Say hurty words on facebook or protest though you get arrested immediately WHAT A JOKE

Pathetic organisation. Don't bother reporting your crime, no one will look at it or give a care in the world for it. The most pathetic excuse for a police force to ever exist. But best believe if you get a speeding ticket or FPN of any sort you will be harassed beyond belief until they take that money from you lmao

Another complete waste of time reporting a crime, THE METROPOLITAN POLICE ARE FOOLS AND I WISH THEY WOULD STOP BEING IDIOTS AND KNOW-ALLS AND ASSUMING THAT THEY ARE RIGHT. THEY NEVER LISTEN TO THE VICTIM, THEY ARE USELESS. THEY ONLY SOLVE CRIMES INVOLVING THEIR OWN.

Bunch of useless, racist, rude, sarcastic, unhelpful people I ever encountered with unfortunately

Just read about the leashed dogs the MET shot in Tower Hamlets in 2023, the way they did it was absolutely horrific. The dogs were on leads, just 3 yrs old and 9 months old and they shot them point blank with a rifle, yet it was not clean kills with one dog suffering, it was just horrendous. This police force really is the worse. Surprised they found time to murder dogs with all the crime in London that they actually do not attend.

ried to call to report serious antisocial behaviour that could easily end very badly. Waited over 45 minutes — no one answered the phone. The police simply don’t care. What’s the point of even having a phone line if no one picks up? I guess if they answered, they’d actually have to do something.
Does a tragedy have to happen before anyone takes action? Why is it so hard to respond earlier — before it’s too late?

It's commonly known that many police officers, particularly men, hold questionable views. Their prejudice determines how they deal with particular crimes. A female friend of mine who was stalked by a previous male partner was completely let down by a non investigation into his behaviour. It was plain, obvious and all in writing but the information requested of me as part of this process was ignored and never responded to. This is completely normal for the Met.

So the brown stuff has hit the fan. The MET filth have been uncovered for the scum they are. I reported a hate crime in May this year. It was passed over to a total of 6 Cops in Kent who did jack. so after complaining to the IOPC I was eventually contacted by another cop in Lewisham who then had to take another statement and then interviewed the perpetrator of the crime. This was sent to the CPS and 3 days ago was told they are doing nothing. The theft of my Canon printer was not investigated fully or at all and I hope that the misogynistic racist cops get their comeuppance. I sued them some years ago and it took 5 years and £1,000 of my money. All I got was £6,000 and no apology. These people are a disgrace and they stink.

Very poor experience from the Metropolitan Police which they are inherently racist also failed to comply with the subject access data request under the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2018. The Metropolitan Police used everyday racism which is the system of structural racism does not take the recommendations of Baroness Casey's Report very seriously.
