Worst Customer Service that I've ever experienced. Employees tell you everything you want to hear on the phone and then do not respond to your emails. Equipment takes so long to arrive you think that the company has ghosted you (like they do with their emails). You would be better off processing credit cards with the ancient carbon imprint method than using Meritt Payment Technologies.
Un trust worthy. Abandon Ghost represents. Its like winning lottery if you manage to contact them especially after you got a machine. Very poor. Please save your time and money. Do business elsewhere.

Well third time is a charm! Finally a company that is willing to help me and actually tries to listen to me and understand what I need. I am 0 tech friendly but my rep Karim took his time to guide me step by step through the installation and closing my batch.
it took 20 minutes in total which is amazing for someone like me! With my old processor I would still be waiting on hold...
