Massive Disappointment👎👎👎👎👎

Merc of Enfield and its salesman Sarje are not transparent and not honest. Please check carefully paperwork, number of keys, proper service from an Mercedes Benz officially authorised workshop (Brent Park is not an official Mercedes Benz Workshop and can not be trusted), not locked in a Finance scheme on the pick up day, number of owners is right, beforehand if you are looking for a car. Better one looks at an official Mercedes Benz dealership than at this third class venue without quality. A proper and complete check with an Auto Trader Check list saves you a lot of money. (Eg a MB replacement key from MB Headquarter costs mire than £700). If you want to buy from Sarje and those dishonest People, do your homework first and check everything at least twice to avoid massive disappointment.👎👎👎👎👎

We are disappointed to read your comments, particularly as they do not reflect the level of transparency, professionalism, and customer care that we consistently strive to provide and are widely recognised for.

For the benefit of readers, we feel it is important to clarify the facts.

The vehicle in question was presented with full transparency prior to purchase, a detailed video presentation was provided, and on the day of collection your husband attended our premises and spent over six hours with our salesman, during this time every aspect of the vehicle, including documentation, specification, condition, and supplied items such as keys, was clearly explained and agreed upon before completion of the sale.

All details were fully disclosed at the point of sale and nothing was misrepresented, the number of keys, ownership history, and all relevant paperwork were confirmed and accepted prior to purchase, it is therefore incorrect to suggest that these points were unclear, the vehicle was also still under manufacturer warranty at the time of purchase as it was less than three years old, providing additional reassurance.

With regard to servicing, we would like to clarify that all preparation and checks are carried out by qualified and experienced technicians, any suggestion that the vehicle was not properly prepared is not accurate, we ensure every vehicle is thoroughly inspected prior to handover to meet the standards our customers expect.

We also note that this is one of multiple reviews posted regarding the same matter, while we fully respect your right to share your opinion, it is important to highlight that you did not personally attend the purchase, all direct interaction was carried out with your husband, who was given extensive time, support, and clear explanations throughout the process to ensure he was fully comfortable before proceeding.

At no point are customers locked’ into any finance agreements without full consent, finance options, where applicable, are always explained clearly and entered into only with full approval and understanding from the customer.

For clarity, your recent contact, approximately ten months after purchase, related to a request for reimbursement for an additional key, despite the vehicle being supplied with the originally agreed key set, you said you would post further negative reviews if this request was not met.

Merc of Enfield is fully FCA approved, operating under strict regulatory guidelines, and hold the appropriate permissions to offer and arrange finance, meaning our business is regulated and conducted in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority, providing our customers with additional protection, transparency, and peace of mind. We are also SAF approved.

We are proud to operate with a transparent, no pressure approach, our pricing reflects fair market value based on condition and specification rather than inflated pricing to allow for artificial discounts, this honest approach, combined with our customer first ethos, is why we continue to receive consistent five star feedback.

Friendly service

the customer service was almost as nice as the cars over there, ahmed was a very big helping hand during the whole experience and sold me a w204 c200

Saj and Mohamed Omg!!!, Honestly I just saw one of their cars online and said I have to go there and see what they have.

And I definitely went there and didn't come out empty handed, they showed me each car and colour, they was absolutely amazing with the way they helped me.

I ended up coming out 20 years younger with a beautiful in black convertible clean SLK. Would never regret coming here.

Well what can I start by saying let’s…

Well what can I start by saying let’s start with bought a c180 from these people and now I’m totally regretting it I have had the car less then 3 months and it’s been in the local garage twice and now it will be going to a Mercedes specialist garage
So here we go get ready oil leak from a perished washer above the alternator so that cost £400 to fix that
Back brake pads and discs had to be replaced as they were knackered not even done 1,000 miles yet
Temperature sensor possibly is needing to be replaced as it’s saying the engine is overheating
And the best one of all is that went to a Mercedes specialist garage yesterday and got told that I need a new timing chain at 38,000 miles something is not adding up considering I own another c180 and got that timing chain replaced at 140,000
So the cost of that is £2,800
So the moral of this review is been done over big time
Considering going to the financial ombudsman or a solictor as paid over £7,000 for a car that’s knackered
