It doesn't need to be improved...they know exactly what they are doing....they are scamming people....please don't fall for it like I did..... all the products are fake....nothing like what you see on the site.....they are just laughing at us while they steel our money.

They sent me an item I did not order and refuse to give me a refund!!

Late arrivals to Starr with. Ordered a nice looking pair of cream, linen trousers. Something white, nasty and ugly arrived with big weird brown pockets halfway up the leg arrived. Ugly, cheap and nasty. No response by customer service

Der Shop hat mir aus China nach langer Wartezeit total falsche Ware geliefert. Hatte dann ihm per E-Mail aufgefordert, mir die bestellte Ware nachzuliefern. Sollte auf meinen Kosten die Rücksendung veranlassen, dann bekäme ich den Kaufpreis zurückerstattet. Da aber die Versandkosten den Preis der Ware übersteigen würde, erfolgte meinerseits keine Rücksendung. Diese Reklamation lief über Käuferschutz über PayPal. Jedoch haben die im Sinne des Verkäufers entschieden, mit der Begründung ich hätte kein Nachweis über die Rücksendung erbracht, und meinen Antrag abgelehnt.
Also Finger weg von diesem unseriösen Verein.

Purtroppo anche io non avevo letto le recensioni e il copione sembra lo stesso, ecco perché parlo di truffatori, perché se fosse un episodio si parlerebbe di errore, ma qui, sembra tutto programmato. Ordini una cosa e te ne arriva un'altra, poi dopo varie mail a cui ho mandato la foto della differenza di prodotto e dove mi rispondono chiedendo di mandargli una foto della differenza... 😳?... mi scrivono che dovrei andare all'ufficio postale a inviargli il pacco di reso in Cina e che mi rimborseranno articolo e spese di spedizione ! figuriamoci così oltre al danno la beffa. Vergognoso !!!

I ordered 7 different tank tops, took a month to arrive which is fine but none of them were actually what I ordered. Either the style was completely different, the colour was wrong or the size was wrong. Quality of clothes is cheap and material is horrible. Don't waste your money on this store

Dishonest company. Ordered something on 5 December and despite claims that it was shipped it never arrived. I had to go through the Paypal Buyer Protection to get my money back.

Don't fall for this scam.

They are have the worst customer service. I ordered shirt and they said 14 days delivery. Finally received shot after 6 weeks and was the wrong shirt. I emailed them and they said they will refund me a quarter of that I paid. I still have not heard from them or received an emails. They just ghosted me. Now I’m stuck with This ugly shirt and no money

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers from Menily. They took 6 weeks to deliver the order. The trousers delivered did not match my order, or look anything like the pictures advertised, they were very cheap polyester goods. I have request a refund on these items from Menily, but they have yet to respond in a positive fashion. A very poor shopping experience, leaving me feeling cheated.

Absolute Charlatons. !! didnt recieve what i ordered, ive never felt such terrible material in my life, claiming my money back through paypal, not even attempting to speak to the company. Even had to pay an additional 7 euros to post office to pick up the parcel.

Update : PayPal insisted I had to email the company direct . They replied giving me 2 options 1. Return the rags at my expense , or 2. Keep them and receive a 14 euro refund.

I gave them 2 options , 1. Pay me to return thier item or 2. Pay me a full refund . I received the full refund the next day

Very poor experience. Don't be conned by the pictures.
I should have been warned from the previous reviews. Three of the items I ordered were OK. However for the other two, they sent items that were nothing like the descriptions or the pictures. My guess is they were out of stock and they sent substitutes without asking me. These were not even remotely the same and I wont even use them. No point in trying to send them back for a refund as it will cost me more and I have already wasted my money.

My purchase was too big and poor quality. I have been trying to do an exchange for size or refund for the past 3 months, but not possible. They are a bunch of scammers. Please do not purchase anything from this so called company that does not exist.

I ordered a shirt and I received the wrong size. I emailed them back and they said I would need pay an additional $9 to get an additional shirt for the correct size, which I did. They sent another shirt, however, it was the wrong color. It's not worth the effort. Don't shop here, they are horrible. This company is very disorganized, and incapable of completing a simple order. I have told my friends on Facebook not to do business with this so-called company. They lack customer service experience.

Really wish I read the other reviews before ordering from them. Ordered 5 shirts and maybe one looked somewhat close to the picture advertised. The rest were very poor polyester knock offs of the shirts in the pictures that were clearly from different fabrics and were different cuts/fits. I would never buy another item from them.

Like everyone else on this review platform, my experience with this company has been absolutely shocking. They are essentially a criminal enterprise fraudulently selling items they have no intention of supplying.
Even more egregious and appalling has been the continued association by PayPal with this company. I have been in a resolution case with Menily for a month and PayPal continue to allow themselves to be used as a payment option, effectively legitimising their criminal activity. PayPal know this too - I have made it perfectly clear to them and yet they are still happy to be associated with a company causing distress and financial loss to thousands of people around the world. Stay well clear!
As an aside, if you do enter into a resolution case with PayPal and you win, you are still liable to pay the cost of shipping back to China which in some cases costs more than the items themselves. I think that's shocking in itself - why should we have to pay to send items back to China we haven't asked for? PayPal need to get their act together and deal with this.
