Lovely hard mattress
Helpful lady who answered my phone enquiry. Quick delivery. The ultra firm mattress does not sag and is wonderful for my arthritic spine. I really enjoy the firmness of the mattress. (I do use a mattress topper to soften it slightly.)

Comfort for a reasonable price
I bought the basic king size mattress topper, it is excellent value for money. I have a very good but firm mattress. The topper has transformed it, I am now so cosy and comfortable I don't want to get up so early in the morning and I am sleeping better.

Great service
Great service, great product.
Very Good communications and fast delivery.
Still getting used to the new mattress as the old one was very soft. The new one is much firmer (as I had hoped) each night seems better,so I am sure that it will be really good once it (and I) are bedded in.

Good customer service. They responded quickly to my emails while supplying the requested information. I will also deal with the company if the need arises in the future. My item, the avid alto mattress, arrived quite early and well packaged. I am happy for the purchase and it has given me a good relief from my very severe back ache

Good value, good quality mattres
I needed a new mattress for my 4' small double bed which I use for guests. This really fits the bill, and it fills
the bedframe snuggly. It is just the right firmness while offering comfort. I do not know how it will perform in the Summer, but in the Winter it is warm and cosy. Foam mattresses can be somewhat warm when thevweather is hot. I hope it will last for many years.

excellent mattress
Excellent mattress had a lot mattress to try from various companies but none were up to this stsndsrd for the price, i am a bit overweight and have spinal stenosis, I would highly recommend the XL mattress for heavy people,fast shipping
