Last year I ordered a memento from a Grand Prix which unfortunately had an error made by a third-party provider. To say I was devastated would be an understatement.

After reading some of the reviews here, I’ll admit I wasn’t holding out much hope of getting a satisfactory outcome, if one at all.

How wrong was I.

Louise, the Head of Customer Service, is the consummate professional and someone who genuinely understands what great customer service is all about.

From thoroughly investigating how the error occurred, to keeping me regularly updated and following all leads until a suitable outcome was reached.

It would have been very easy for someone to throw my complaint into the “all too hard” basket and move on. Louise did the complete opposite. She went the extra mile, took ownership of the situation and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.

As a family, we cannot thank Louise enough. What started as a really disappointing experience was completely turned around by one person who clearly takes enormous pride in looking after customers.

Louise, you’re an absolute credit to the organisation. Thanks again for everything — your efforts meant more to our family than you probably realise.

Ordered an Own The Flag square from the Thai MotoGP. Received the item but it wasn’t my name on the Flag Square. I also thought your name was printed on the square. The one I received was hand written. They say they’re going to get DHL to collect the item as they’ve sent out items to the wrong customers. How long is this going to take to rectify. What if the person who has my square doesn’t return it. First & definitely last purchase I’ll be making.

We paid a lot of money for an F1 helment OVER A YEAR AGO and have still not recieved any updates on where this item is and if it is ever going to be delivered. Never had such poor customer experience. We will be doing a chareback. Every few months when we email them all we get is some form of "I want to assure you that we’re working hard to address your query and will get back to you as soon as possible." And we get no response from F1 support.

Do not trust the advertising on this site. Ordered from them 2 years ago. Sent me a different product to what I ordered (Returned). Tried again this year. Again item was different to what I ordered.They do not reply to communication and are guilty of false advertising. Do not risk your money or time.
